Ordered arrived later then expected and gentleman came out and handed our food. When he was told we were missing some items he... continued to hand out other orders. When he finally brought out the two bags of chips he tossed them to us. Chips were not chipsbut crumbs. Not coming back if that?s the level of service we are going to get. This place has completely gone to the DOGS, the manager on duty had her child at the bar not just in the area at the actual bar.... The customers didn't care other customers were there, they were very loud and was not told by any of the staff to bring thenoise down. The bartender came from behind bar to sit with customer at the bar showing her something on her phone, the waitresscame over to the same customer after bartender went back behind bar and started laughing loud and talking to customer. Ourserver and another manager was nice and attentive to my husband and I after we waited for bout 30 minutes after being seated mythe very professional Host whom was very nice. Food was great. Service sucked. Waiter took about 30 mins to take our order. He was visiting with other table. It looked like he... was babysitting as he was walking around with a baby, even when he eventually took our order. Nasty!????Nasty!????Nasty!???? Never will I order from this Chili's restaurant!???? I threw this throw up????, mess of an order... it in the garbage! The chicken was undercooked. The broccoli was burnt and wilted. The avocado was brown and slimey. The ricewas dry and tasteless. Highly disappointed. Our poor waitress. She looked so overwhelmed and confused. They were short staffed badly. The food looked... great but tasted like the grease was old. My ribs were tough and the chicken strips were dry inside. My husband's burger wasgreasy greasy. Sooooooo will we be going back???????????? HELL NO ????????????
