Well, I'm gonna say that people were nice, friendly and respectful, but they missed one of my sides, they didn't put in... ketchup and they took too long for to get my biscuits ready, finally when they had everything for my order the chicken tenderswere cold. Under new management and ownership. Been going there for years so I'm very aware of the location. Today was new staff training... day and of course there's issues. Not good when you are hungry. The vibe was different. The new owner properly took ownership ofthe issues, calmly resolved them and trained up the new people. Compensated my order. I'm a happy and satisfied customer. Read more
My wife and I had the best customer experience we've had in years. Typically fast food chains have a history of poor service,... but the employees here outdid themselves. We live on the other side of town and I would rather give my business to them on anygiven day. Keep up the great work. Read more
They were slow and customer service is terrible. Maria R. was rude and capped an attitude with "Can I help you?" I stood at the... counter for 15 minutes before she addressed me. When she did I asked for the special they were advertising and the only thingshe said was "we don't have it".... without an explanation. There were only 2 employee's working, the cook and cashier Theplace was packed with a line outside the door. Service was fast food was great, would of gave it a 5 star rating but they did give 2 exaggerated small pieces! A toy size... chicken breast and a wing that looked from wing stop ???? the cashier lady was very nice and over all the food was hot andfresh.
