Their food is poison. It doesn't even age grow mold or change. The drinks have so much acid n sugar it burns your esophagus. ... Have u seen the documentary? Now this is how a McDonald?s is supposed to operate. I went through the drive thru about 3p.m on a Tuesday. To take my order,... pay and receive my food was less than 6 mins. My bag was hanging out the window with nothing missed. The fries were a littlewarm, however both my fish filet and cheeseburger were fresh. I had a napkin and straw all in the bag! Good job! Driving through the drive thru is ridiculous in the mornings. Workers are too concerned with their cellphones than waiting on... customers. The line was extremely long and to get to the window and see they are on their cell phones. My order was incorrect Iordered oatmeal and one burrito. I got burrito, but no oatmeal. I overpaid. Get off your cellphones. 8/18/22. I just spent20+ mins in Macdonalds line. When I received my order it was cold. The grease from the bag is evident. Read more
Last night their was the rudest McDonald's employee I've ever encountered taking orders in the drive through. I asked to speak... to the manager, Jose Garcia, and he was just as rude as his employee. He never apologized for the employees rudeness and wasvery non chalant about what the employee said as well as her tone and attitude. I literally patronize this location and in verydisappointed that I'll have to go to another location just to experience better service. Read more
The manager Elizabeth I went around lunch time. Ordered a 20pc spicy nuggets. She gave me regular. When I told her she became... aggated and seemed irritated . She took the order came back and messed up my order a second time. Than I drove back in drivethru the 3rd time she really was irritated and kissed off and being very rude. I ordered a simple two double cheeseburgers and 2 Large fries, one no salt. Paid a little over $11 so I was expecting my order... to be right. End up giving me regular cheeseburgers. Had to go back to the establishment, wait in drive thru because they don'thave lobby opened at all. Fries got cold. They did replace burgers tho. Read more
I order oatmeal and some water a small cup of water McDonald's tried to charge me a dollar for some water I thought water was... free and if I am being charged for the cup just say that but when I get to the window the lady said water isn't free anymorewater is free everywhere I drove out of the line and I drove off I'm not going back to McDonald's Read more
