Love love love Mr Jim's they always cook my pizza perfectly with a lot of toppings just how I like it
This location has the best pizza in Lancaster. I always receive the same quality whenever I order from them even with them short... staffed. The pizza is always hot and fresh when it comes to the door. Domino?s, Papa John?s stopped ordering from them a longtime ago because they are careless. But Mr. Jim?s will always have my service for their consistency. Its a bit pricier than thesome of the other places but worth it. Guest should always receive the same quality products every visit and Mr. Jim?s nevermisses. Read more
The 5 star reviews are LYING!! Frozen pizza would've been a better option. Needless to say I will not be returning. Lied about ... toppings. Dry!!! Flavorless crust! Toppings taste as if the come off the reduced rack at a grocery store! Cheese bread was justthat cheese and bread... nothing to try to make it tasteful. Sad maybe just this location but I won't try another one based onthis Flavorless experience. Read more
Good quality pizza. Had to give 2 stars because the delivery driver forgot part of my order and had to return to the store. By... time we got our product it was cold. Delivery time was supposed to be 45 minutes. Mine was a hour and a half. Read more

I ordered from this location many times, but today it was not so good. We ordered a cheese pizza and the cheese and crust was... burned. Not golden brown as the manager suggested. What was sad for me is the manager wanted me to drive back to this location,30 minutes so he could see the pizza before making me another one. In my opinion if a customer is unhappy with a product theyjust purchased it's not about getting anything free, but ensuring that a continued customer is happy with what was purchased!This is customer service!!!! So, though we have supported this business for years after such a unfortunate response to ourdisappointment in the product we can no longer support this business. Read more
