My wife and i really like this place. Food is pretty good. Hot and flavorful but not a big fan of the rice. Other than that,... quick and good. Orange chicken is my favorite. Read more
I will never come here again. Very rude to a loyal customer spending $30/day and sometimes wayyyy more! I was ordering here... almost every day for lunch. I like the fresh broccoli and tofu. They charge me extra (over $14 for a $7 meal) for tofu eventhough I get NO MEAT which they say meat can be included for same price. They don't get my order right after repeating severaltimes. Give me like 4 or 5 pieces of small tofu at almost two times the price of the whole entree. Also one time I paid extrafor broccoli and they did not include it. I always say no carrots but there's usually some portion of carrots. When I inquiredthis day why price was so much higher with no meat the manager told me very rudely that's your fault you have to pay more. I wasjust inquiring. Due to his rudeness on not 1 but 2 orders made WRONG at that moment and I was being very nice/understandingabout them remaking it because supposedly the guy hears my order wrong. I canceled the entire order!! Don't make me nothing andthink you gone get my money with that attitude!! I hope people stop patronizing rude service in our neighborhoods. It'sunfortunate it's the only healthy spot here. I wish more restaurants would come in this area. This is the 1st time I have been disappointed with Wok Express eve in Lancaster TX.r. I have going here for years with no... problem but today they broke my heart. I asked for mixed meat on no my broccoli beef and got and pad for it. They told me tobring it back for a refund. I just wanted the extra meat I asked for...I will never darken their door again now...They also gaveme more foof for my money. The actual plate was a very small portion. They lost a faithful customer in me...so hurt... Read more

Had my brother grab Chinese on his way home from drill. 3 Chinese restaurants in Lancaster to choose from; 1 did not have hot &... sour soup so that was a no. 1 was next to the krogers that was an immediate no, I use to work at a Kroger when I was younger,and see the Chinese restaurant grab all our expired salad bags out of the dumpster. On with this restaurant: We ordered; Hot &sour soup ( pretty close to traditional Chinese cooking ) Kung pao chicken ( dry and salty ) Beef & broccoli ( dry and salty) Sweet & sour pork ( dry and soft ) Sweet & sour tofu ( looks good ) Food looks like day old leftover, you barely want toeat.
