Worst experience ever at a sonic. Waited an hr for my food and got home and my toaster sandwich is some kinda burger I didn't... order. Disgusting burgers. Never in my life have I tasted a nasty Sonic. Cold, stale, unseasoned, nasty, refrigerator tasting burger... that made us all gag after the first swallow (and I'm not being over dramatic I kid you not) cold hard un salted fries, burntchicken strips in Wacky Pack, BUT the drinks, cheddar peppers, and mozzarella sticks were bomb per usual. Carhop nice, waitwasnt too long and they were busy. It's sad that this side of towns Sonic is so poorly managed. Read more
I mean this Sonic is just BAD. Like if you don?t have to go here please don?t. There are several other good food places around.... Every time I go here it?s a bad experience, and I always try to give them another chance. Food they give is always old or cold.The most recent experience why I?ll never come here again is sitting at the drive thru line waiting for someone to take my orderand no one came in over 5 mins to even say hold on or I?ll be with you in a moment. I saw workers with headsets walking outsidebut said nothing so we left. This Sonic obviously HATES MONEY! Don?t waste your time unless you want to deal with a terribleexperience. Read more
Service is horrible you stay in line for 30 minutes cause it's no CarHop then when you get to the window you pay for your order... and wait another five because they're sitting there laughing and kicking it and not even trying to get your food out to you. Read more
Horrible experience! Not the first time drinks & service has been bad but I decided to give them another chance; huge mistake. ... All I ordered was a tea with lemon and when I took a sip I received way more than I bargained for. Gritting disgusting filthfilled my mouth and had to immediately spit it out... super disgusting! No lie, believe me when I say, as I poured the cup oftea out I noticed that one lemon slice seemed to be rotten and there black sludge at the bottom of my cup... not cool!! Neveragain will i visit this location and beware to anyone who orders drinks. This place needs to be more sanitary, no telling whatwe have receiving in our drinks this whole time. Read more
Worst experience I ever had at this sonic, order was make wrong twice, the worker who brought my things to me was nice and tired... to do what he could to fix the problem, but the female manager was rude as hell, when I tried to tell her she was ringing up thewrong thing she insisted that it was wrong up right? Needless to say it was WRONG and I was over charged. Worst visit yet. Read more
This is the 2nd time at this location and its worse than the first. My burger is cold again. Cheese won't melt. No condiments... that I asked for. Ordered an Oreo blast. Got chocolate chip instead. Won't be going here again. Such a shame I can't evensupport my own neighborhood. Read more
The food was fresh and hot! Service was great! Conveniently located as well.
