I?m school teacher in Lancaster, and we recently had a Breakfast with Dads event. Taco Cabana breakfast burritos was one of the... items served for the event. The girl at the register had no idea what she was doing poor thing. Getting orders wrong, giving customers the wrong receipt.... And did it took forever to get our food. However the food was on point. The meat/bean ratio on my Cabana bowl was perfect. Butonce we ate we decided to order COOKIES it took another 30 min to get those!!!!! They are severely understaffed and need moreworkers. Read more
The Taco Cabana I went to (I-35) is a staple in this area. Most (75%) of the time my food experience has been good. Sometimes... they forget the sour cream I ask for or the drive thru wait is a little long but overall, it's a pleasant visit. On a good day,I'd give it a 7/10. On a bad day, I'd give it a 2/10. And trust me, you'll be able to tell what kind of day it is pretty quick. Read more

This is one of the best breakfasts around. It is quick, hot and very tasty. Then you can get all of the sauces they offer with... it and this makes it even more delicious. When I'm ready for a good breakfast I always head straight to Taco Cabana. Give it atry, highly recommended. Read more
I understand restaurants are understaffed but the night manager at this taco cabana did not do her job and help her employees.... We ordered our food to dine in and 35min passed and we still didn?t receive our food. After 35min the employee came up to us andasked? what did we order.? So at that time we just decided to get a refund. The manger did the refund and she was trying toshort change us. After my husband corrected her she got attitude. Poor service from the manager. This light skin lady with blonde/pink braids I'm guessing she is the manager. She was working the drive thru taking orders,... taking payments, giving the food to customers way outside the window with gloves on both hands. Remember the gloves ok. When Ipulled up I watched her with these same gloves handle large burrito size tortillas. She placed them on the grill. She continuedto get other orders ready. With those same gloves she made the burritos. She stuck her right hand in whatever toppings to put onthe burrito. She then answered her cell phone with that same gloved hand and placed the phone up to her ear to talk. She usedher shoulder to steady the phone while she continued. Once the call ended she used that same gloved hand to put her cell phoneback in her pocket. She finished the burritos folded it em all nice in that foil wrapping it comes in....order was ready. I'mstill waiting for someone to come get my payment. I was hoping it was her so I could tell her to change those gloves.Unfortunately she didn't. With that same gloved hand she handed her headset to a Hispanic guy who was taking over the drivethru window...with them same dang on gloves on. NASTY AND THEY KNOW BETTER. I get they may have been short staffed because I wasin that line well over 30mins but that does not give them reason to not be cautious with handling folks food. Change your glovesor let one person handle the drive thru etc not both unless you change those gloves. I got 2 enchiladas plates and an order offlauntas that she didn't fix thank you God. I ordered nachos and said easy beans, you would've thought I asked for the whole pot. Last time they gave me too many chips that... had nothing on them. I requested not to pile chips high with nothing on them, they gave me very little and the cheese was veryexcessive for amount of nachos. Whoever is putting the salsa in the containers aren't even filling them half way. I tried tocall, but noone answered the phone. Read more
