I believe Tons changed ownership not long ago. I haven't been since, until recently. Definitely not the same. Used to eat at... Tons quite often - so much the staff knew who we were. DESOTO WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS????This was the most disappointing meal I've had in a while. I wanted some Chinese... food so I google mapped and this ...place popped up. It had 4.5 stars. I'm a delivery driver, when I came in a immediately noticed the entire dining area is blocked off by tables. I told them I was... here to pick up an order, asked if I could use the restroom, the lady says "we don't have restrooms" as if there isn't a doorthat clearly says "restrooms" on it. Both meals are going in the trash untouched except to taste it. It was horrible both our dishes the orange chicken and the combo... fried rice are in edible. Food was HORRIBLE! Ordered the Shaken beef and I don’t even know what kind of beef it is. Stringy and can’t take a bite... without it getting stuck in my teeth. Gonna need to see a dentist after attempting to eat this meal that cost $17.00! The foodwas covered in a layer of pepper that I don’t know anyone who could eat so much pepper. I do not understand why this place has good reviews. First & last time ordering. One entree was completely wrong (no description... on website). If it hadn't been for being spicy hot, everything would be bland. Order came with no fortune cookies What nofortune cookies!! Total order was less than $20 but with all the fees I was charged $32. This is expensive for food that wasjust so so. If it had have been delicious, there wouldn't have been so much left over. Read more
