When I walked in there the guy taking the orders seemed so pleasant. When I say I will never ever come back to this place I mean... just that. So they didn?t have the exotic drink (4.99) I ordered that?s fine so I said can I replace it with a family fry (4.99)she said sure. I know that?s not a family sized fry! Good selection of flavors, good portion of wings and tenders!! Always get treated right. Brashad, at the counter, is always... friendly, nice and courteous. I've gone there plentiful times where the service is always the same, polite!!! Whether it be himor another associate. Multiple wings spots around this area, but never gone to any other beside here. Yoooo i went to the Lancaster location, best wings I?ve ever had hands down!! I?m talking TOP NOTCH and the lady behind the... counter was super cool & helpful on favor recommendations(it was my first time)!! Wings were cooked to perfection & drippingwith sauce, my dry wings were seasoned just right and had my taste buds jumping for joy!!! I?ll make that 22 min drive from EastDallas every time! Read more
1. these girls there have no respect, i ordered a 15 piece, 5 mango, 5 spicy lemon pepper & 5 hot AF. i received 5 Mango, & 10... regular lemon pepper. I asked to speak to a manager because i wanted a refund and they would not let me talk to one and said ihad to take the food back to get a refund. i live 30 mins away. if that was the case i could?ve went back to get my food fixed.bad experience. also one was yelling in the back with an attitude. maybe y?all should read the receipts CORRECTLY. and give outwhat we paid for. We came in close to closing and they assisted us with a smile, were very funny interacting with us. This was our first time here... and we'll definitely be back. I was very dissatisfied my wings wasn't flavored right or well cooked! My fry's taste old and salty ! The service was bad and I... don't plan on ever going back to this location ???? almost 20$ gone down the drain! Y'all need some new cooks period! Read more
The wings are delicious. Woo took my order and was very cool and genuine. Ms Dreka in the back cooking the wings working hard... with all the orders. I will go back again the service was excellent. Both employees deserve a raise. Read more
