If I could this wingstop no stars I would. The service here is beyond TERRIBLE. I don?t understand how someone can order online... then when going to get the food at the pickup time you?re told that they don?t know where the food, they not making food anymorebecause they can?t keep up with orders. Management at this location is TERRIBLE. People pay for food that they expect to get.Then when having to request a refund you have to damn near got to go through hell, hot water, and some. We frequent this particular Wingstop several times a month and today's visit was by far the worst. I placed an online order at... 2:44p. We waited in the car for about 30mins then my husband went inside and was told the order wasn't ready. At about 345p, Isent my son inside to check on his dad and when he came back to the car, he told me they are saying the order is still notready. At about 4p, I noticed my husband came out and was heading towards the car upset. I asked what's wrong and he stated thatthey gave our order to someone else and the manager (Reginald Dorsey) refuses to remake our food and will not give a refund. Hesaid that Reginald said he will have to investigate and will get back to us. Unexceptable. I told my husband that I will go inand that I'd like him to get in the car with the children and cool off. I went inside and let the young lady at the front knowwho I was and that my husband was just inside trying to get our food and that he was told that it was given to someone else. Shewas aware of the situation and apologized but the stated that the Manager, Reginald, said that there was nothing that they coulddo. I told he, look no one is trying to steal from you all and that my husband has been waiting inside while myself and ourchildren have been in the car. It is now after 410p and we are told basically we have to leave with no food or refund!! All wewant was our food. I told her I will not leave unless I have either my food or my refund. She stated that the Manager would bewith me shortly. She then gives me corporates number and stated that I could call them about my experience and also my refund. Isaid I will call them about my experience but I will not leave empty handed. Either I get my food or my refund. After some timewent by the Manager Reginald agreed to remake my food but said I would have to wait until the can fill the 8 orders he had justreceived. I ordered wings online sent my son to pick up the order. He doesn't check the back until he gets home. I payed for a 40pc wing... combo. The bag only had a 10 pc in it. I personally take the food back only to confronted by the most rude disrespectfulemployees every. I could not get an exchange or my money back. Something needs to done to the personal working the Lancaster TXlocation. They need training bad. Smh Read more

My first time trying them and I?m going back. Food is good, as well as the service. Seasoning on the fries was great and so far,... the lemon pepper hot is my favorite. Definitely have to try the rest of the flavors later. Read more

9-3-2022. We ordered 2 of the new chicken sandwich meals. The lady that took our order, Laura, said it would be a wait of 35... minutes after we had paid and signed the receipt. We decided to wait inside at a table. During the wait time people who placedorders after us got their order before us. 35 minutes came and went. I got up to ask for the order and she, Laura, said it wouldbe an additional 8 minutes. Total of 15 minutes passed. My gf got up to ask for the order and Laura asked her if it was going tobe for carryout or dine in as if we haven't previously ordered... she finally gave us the order. A total of 50 minutes passedafter ordering 2 chicken sandwich meals, customers ordered in store after us and received their meals before us. When we werewaiting we overheard another customer tell Laura about a previous situation that had happened and corporate had to getinvolved... he had recorded the situation and sent it in as poor customer service. If I could leave a zero star review I would! The on site manager was texting away on his phone as I was trying to speak with... him. The cashier had an attitude and mentioned I needed confirmation for my order 1st off I had placed my order online and paidonline as well. So their basically telling me I had to have it to get my food! THAT I PAID FOR! I also had to sign that I tookthe food! Def not coming to this location again! Doin too much!!! Read more

I get food from this location all of the time and have never had issues. This last order though was wrong, but I didn?t check it... before leaving. I took it back and was told they would correct it, but they did say I should?ve checked it before leaving. Iwill from now on, but I don?t believe order accuracy should be the customers responsibility. I will say though, they wereextremely busy, so I understand how mistakes could happen during a rush. All in all, still one of the best Wingstop locationsI?ve ordered from. Read more

First off, wings were on point..! I placed the order at 11:00 and had it for future order at 1:00 pm. I arrived at 12:53 and the... lady was finishing it up as I walked in. I was done with Wingstop years ago because of the experience that many are having nowbut decided to give them a shot again. (Missed their fries) I don?t know if I got lucky but I?m glad I went back, the wings werebig and now I have some for lunch tomorrow. Read more
