Workers were very polite kind & all was cleanliness & food was great!
The majority of workers do not work. They rely on everyone else to do their jobs. Workers are rude especially Chris. She is the... worst employee I have ever seen. So grumpy and scoffs at any customer who needs anything. Manager Kelly is always complainingabout politics and how other people live their lives. The rudest and dumbest employees to ever work in the same area. They don'tgive the appropriate amount of meat most the time I eat there. I get half the meat I'm supposed to. Not eating at thisparticular subway ever again. Wast of money. Read more

We placed an order for pickup over the app. When we arrived there were three employees working and only one other customer in... the store. We overheard the employees discussing they were making the sandwich orders in the wrong order (making the newestorders before the older ones) and ours were not ready yet. The app advertised it was free chip Friday and this one was listed asa participating location. When mentioned to the employee she had no idea what we were talking about. She asked one of hercoworkers and they weren?t familiar with it either. They said ?well it was last Friday?but we don?t know anything about it.? Wedidn?t argue any more even though it?s an advertised thing. When we got home our sandwiches were a sloppy mess. I?m a previoussubway employee and the whole experience today was unacceptable. And these employees were not teenagers. They were old enough toknow better. Read more
Wanted a subway club but they didn't have any roast beef to put on it, they were using bacon instead. I didn't order it because... I asked why no beef and the answer was that with beef being high priced to buy they were not putting beef on it. Now I'm afarmer who raised beef. I was disappointed because I've been supportive of many subways over the years, but their not supportingmy livelihood. Very disappointed. Read more
App keeps inundating me with "buy 2 get 1 free" offers and when I do use the app they NEVER apply that "great deal" and we pay... full price for everything. Their food is great but the fake deal thing has happened 5+ times. I know it says "participatingstores" but our store is never partcipating so why do you keep with the nonstop hard sales? Uninstalling app. Can't order pizzafrom the app either. Read more
