No doubt about it you won't get everything you order. They always always forget some or many things. And they're rude most... times. They owe me exactly $45~ in combo meals that i paid but didn't get over the past year that I've gone. Since I'm oftenrushing home because I've already waited 20 minutes in the drive thru i don't always check the bag to see if they keep messingup. Since they rarely give receipts if you try going back to say you didn't get everything you ordered they'll say "you needreceipt". Edit: They gave me a $20 gift card. Still ain't going back $25~+ lost. Read more
I've had far better quality at this location in the past. Lumpy, uneven, sad teen burgers. Missing the extra bacon I ordered... on one of them. Still quite edible, but lousy workmanship. I know staffing is a problem these days, but the kitchen could use arefresher on sandwich building and consistency. Makes me feel stupid for adding a tip. Read more

Its a fast food oriented towards burgers. Its good for the price. Its a lot more fresh than McDonald's. Ambience is "eat and get... out". Therefore 4 stars. Read more

I'm not the biggest consumer of fast food, but A&W is hands down the best fast food chain in Quebec! The food is always... excellent and the service is always good, and the prices are really reasonable! I also feel like A&W really gives you a goodamount of food for the price you pay, unlike most other fast food restaurants in Quebec. Also, this is more of a personalchoice, but I really like their philosophy (no hormones, no unnecessary antibiotics, choice of vegetarian and even veganburgers, etc). This particular time, the service was really quick and efficient, but also friendly. The food was really good,everything was perfect! I tried their Beyond Meat burger and really liked it! My boyfriend had their Nashville Chicken burgerand it was also delicious! Will definitely go back here and to other A&W restaurants! Read more

The lady working the drive-thru was cold, arrogant and did not listen to what we wanted. She evenslammed the window to our face. Weird experience at this A&W.
