It took more than 15 minutes for any staff to serve us drinks (water), or take our order. Are we invisible? Short staff or not,... a little acknowledgment would have be appreciated within 15 minutes. I gave it a 2 star since the waitress was friendly. Ifyou have young kids, make sure to bring something to occupy themselves. 15+ minutes for any acknowledgment. Read more

Horrible experience. We clearly told the waiter what toppings we wanted and explicitly said no bacon because we do not eat pork,... bacon or ham. However, our pizza had prosciutto. We returned the food. We asked to talk to the manager, but she didn't bother tocome and asked the waiter to give us a discount. She did not have the courtesy to come and see us and apologize! The waiter madethe decision himself to waive the charge. Language was another barrier. Most Quebec folks do not speak English, and those whodo have a hard time understanding. The restaurant was dirty. If this had happened in some other provinces of Canada, I thinkthe outcome would have been more favourable to the customer, but this was Quebec!!! Never going to Boston Pizza - not inQuebec, not anywhere else Read more

Firstly, the waiter dropped the whole tray of water glasses on our table. We didn't mind as we understand humam error. We asked... for juices for the kids, one of the waitress served us while eating her pizza. Ther half eating pizza was in her hand with the 2glasses. We let it go. We understand that she's hungry...and young. But what is not acceptable is as follows. We placed ourorders. We precisely requested no bacon in bbq chicken due to religion and allergy reactions. The pizza came and we saw likemeat crumbles. We asked one of the waitress to confirm what was in the pizza. She came and checked. She confirm that it was onlychicken and onions. We started eating. After a little while, 2 of us started feeling itchiness. We asked the other waiter whodropped the water if the pizza had bacon. He confirmed yes. We were refunded for the bbq chicken pizza and the waitress saidsorry. But now we may have to go to hospital due to allergy reaction and we are from Toronto, not Montreal. We may have to payfor any medical expenses or medications. Read more

Not a great sit down experience, it feels that everybody is in a hurry. Food is average at best.

All dressed pizza looks more like bread with sprinkles of toppings and cheese, and at 33$ it's a big rip off.

Visited there with my kids, waited for 5 mins to get table as no one present at reception. After getting table no-one came to... take our orders for 15-20 mins. After a while we decided to leave and the person at the counter just said ok. Read more

We were asked if we wanted a baby seat to never be brought 1 till we asked again. Waited a very long time to order, no refills... on water, the steamed veggies were cold and chewy, and our order got mixed up with someone else so 1 of our meals showed upnearly 40 mins later than everyone else. They did give it to us free and it was busy seeming that night, but I won't go back. Read more
