It's the first Ashton ever built, and that's it. Everything else is just as any other Ashton. The food is good, the staff is... nice, the place is clean. The parking is... confusing. You can't go wrong here ! The original and the best for poutine!

You come here for the poutines. Their fries stay crisp even in the sauciest moments. My favorite is the Dulton with a meat gravy... poured on top. The Galvaude is a salute to the hot chicken sandwich - pulled chicken and peas with their delicious gravy andcurd cheese. Read more

This is the best poutine joint that I have even been too. Over the last 20 years, the food quality has been excellent, never a... complaint. The staff are friendly and will serve you in French or English. My favourite poutine is the one I have pictured, it'sa "mini poutine avec sous piquant a expo" the portion is enough for one person. The sous piquant means spicy sauce and the expoportion adds grilled vegetables. Read more
