I don't like to write harsh review because I'm working in public as well. I know how difficult and abrasive it is with clients... sometimes. I'll try and give good pointers so you can improve on things. First we waited for a long time at the front, butthis one is a no-brainer really you're probably short staffed and I understand. Second, this is where you can improve I think,we had one single cup of coffee at the beginning and no refill, for the entire duration the server never came back. Again I knowyou're running around and you're short staffed, don't take it personally. But as a customer experience for breakfast weliterally had 2 sips of coffee it was not great. Food was very dry and uninspired, my mom had the Croc Monsieur. It wasbasically just a bun with an egg and some meat. No sauce, nothing to make it taste special or good. With the lack of coffee forthe entire experience I must say it was hard to swallow for her. Again I don't want to be negative just trying to give you anaccurate feedback. I had the Special Brunch (i think its the name). Sausages are great and perfectly cooked, the beans aretasty loved the beans! Potatoes were okay but very bland without sauce or anything special. The potatoes were perfectly cookeddon't get me wrong but it was missing something special or unique like some sauce or spice. Eggs were very not great in bothcases, tiny and burried near those boring plain potatoes, it felt like price cuts.. id pay 5-7$ more for my plate and get mesome normal size eggs with sauce. It's supposed to be the star of the show, your restaurant is named "Eggsquis" guys.. thosetiny little things were absolutely disappointing for a breakfast restaurant. This is the first place I would focus my attentionto improve.. Thanks, i hope you guys will be around for years to come and improve on the menu. When ever I have to come to quebec city I have breakfast here if you have not tried it yet it is a must service is awesome even... during the pandemic awesome food!!! And staff all I can say is wow they are all awesome Read more
Food was so good, and great value for them money. I can also say that they have some of the biggest crepes I've ever seen.
We had brunch and crepes there.Both are delicious and service is at best level. General rush in the morning and you can find a... seat with in 5 minutes wait.Go for it,u might get what u want. Read more
