Cheap ambiance, food was not that fresh either.

We ordered online through app on 11th May 2022. the store was supposed to close at 9:00 pm and we arrived there to pickup our... ?already paid for order? at 8:30 pm, and employee was inside the store in the back area, their car was parked outside, But theydeliberately chose not to answer our knocks on the door and did not help us Our money was deducted from the account and we didnot get any food.. When we came back 30 mins later at 9:05 pm store lights were off and car parked was gone which proves thatthere was someone inside..
