This place is laughably bad. The floor and tables are dirty and no one cares. The guy preparing my food seemed angry that I had... the audacity to come in and order food. No care in preparing my food whatsoever. The girl behind the counter ignored me for tenminutes while doing essential activities like straighten napkins and straws. My food sat on the counter getting cold. After shewas done doing whatever, she didn't even speak to me and just threw my food at me after I paid. I must apologize for my clearlyinappropriate behavior of coming into the restaurant and ordering food. Shock! The wiregrass location is just as bad. They'll bepassive aggressive and suggest nastily that you leave so they can go back to being lazy. Read more

I used to come here some time ago and the service was really good. Recently we came to get food and the guy that not only made... our food also checked us out and at no point did he take his gloves off or change them out. He just would touch food and thentouch everything else and then back to food. It's not that he was the only one there as there were 4 other employees there. Iwill not be visiting this Moe's again. The food is good but it is on the expensive side. Additionally, my family and I have eaten here periodically since this... restaurant first opened. It used to be clean and inviting. Not anymore. Ordered 2 bowls online. One tofu and one chicken. We picked up the order and brought it home. We noticed the tofu bowl didn't... have any tofu in it. Tried to call the restaurant and it went to a recording stating the voicemail was full or not set up. Droveback to the restaurant. The girl behind the counter looked up but didn't speak. I said we just picked up an online order and thetofu bowl didn't have any tofu. She said "yeah, we're out of tofu." I asked why someone didn't say anything when we picked itup or call us when the order came in since my phone number is printed on the receipt? She shrugged her shoulders and said shedidn't know because she didn't make the order. I asked if the person who did was here so I could ask them. She yelled to a guyon the back and when I asked him he said he didn't make any tofu bowl. I asked what I could have to replace the tofu I paid forand was hesitantly offer another protein. I said I'd take the chicken. (Just chicken, not replace the whole bowl) I said I justdon't understand why someone wouldn't say anything. Just make it without it and expect us to not notice or just deal with it andshe said "I guess". I said someone should just take responsibility and apologize and the guy said they won't take responsibilitybecause he didn't make it. These employees obviously do not care. If they would have said something when we picked it up, calledwhen they got the order or just apologized and offered another protein when I came back, it would've been fine but the "I don'tcare attitude" is where the real problem is. 1st I spent over $15 dollar and the size has gotten smaller for the Homewrecker. They did not send the salsa requested and... hardly any meat.They added pico de gallo even after specifying none. Note: 1st bite had all the meat seemslike. Dissapointing. There goes my gard working money. Read more

I love this location!!! The staff is ALWAYS welcoming and so friendly! I always get the bowl option because the tortilla fills... me up too much and makes me full too quickly. I easily eat off of one of their bowls for about 4 meals. The quality of theingredients they use is always amazing every time I've been. Their sautéed mushrooms and Corn Pico are 2 of my favoritetoppings that I get! Also, they have the absolute BEST queso!! The punch of flavor and smooth creaminess with a mild hint ofheat makes this queso far more superior to their competitors (Chipotle and Tijuana Flats). I've been visiting this locationsince they first opened years ago and this location has been a favorite of mine over all of these years because of the serviceyou receive let alone delicious food. Ehh. Long time since I had Moe?s. Visited on Monday & staff was super polite. Lobby are dirty and felt dingy. Cleanliness,... especially during COVID, is important. Food was okay. Nothing special. Downloaded Moes app afterwards and my receipt didn?t havea barcode or number that would allow me to redeem the purchase for rewards. I?ll skip Moes again for awhile!
