Being that this is the only McDonald's in town. Standards are low. Customer Service Sucks, one day its OK but overall horrible.... When I first got to town I will go to the drive-thru but my order will be messed up or fries cold for overcooked. So I starteating in, so today I got over to cooked fries. Don't get me wrong one or two is fine but all of my fries were nasty. Instead ofapologizing for the overcooked fries the guy at the front made it rude remark. My fried size was a large he gave me a large boxto put half the fries in thr box. But I'm not going to sit there and argue with somebody who probably don't have a high schooldiploma. Read more
The girl taking orders at the drive through was inattentive and bordered on rude. The service was quick but it eas the worst... fish sandwich ever.. cold.. no cheese snd the bun was old. Read more
Whoever took my order was very rude about coffee and said we don?t have coffee and then I sat and waited for 10 minutes and the... car pulled up next to me and got there order taken. Then I finally got my order taken. She then had me park for 1 thing. I?mdone coming to McDonald?s they are rude and have the worst customer service. Read more
Stopped in for ice cream. Although the ice cream machine was causing trouble, we got our sweet treats. It took a few minutes,... but staff located us at our table and delivered the goodies! Read more
My husband went to this McDonald's 7-3-2022. It was awful. The bathrooms had paper towels or toilet paper. The hand dryer did... not work. The trash inside and outside was over flowing. Food, food container, wrappers were on the floor. A lot of the tableswere dirty. It was the most awful McDonald's I have ever been too. We also waited 10 minutes to be waited on at the register.Yes, employees saw us standing there. Read more
It took them almost half an hour to get us the food. The fries and bun were burnt.
Kid handing out the food is too stoned to put together a full sentence. And whoever is making sandwiches thinks it's funny to... load two fist fulls of onion on an overpriced sandwich. No answer when calling to notify a manager. Still considering a tripback to kick teeth in. Read more
Ordered a sandwich to go, had to bring it back because they messed up,got home opened it and they got it wrong again and they... were not busy just ignorant!!! I usually don't go to this one in Lander but my son wanted it tonight!!! They should getnegative stars and will not be going back!!! Hire better people!!!! Read more
