This is by far the worst dunkin donuts ever! If your in a hurry do not go there! Even if your order is online! I have been there... several times before I wrote this review. It's the closest Dunkin to my job I will never go back. The manager in my opinion hasto be the problem. There are enough people working there I think it's just not organized properly. The wait is crazy everytime Ihave went there and the wrong orders pushed out are ridiculous. I sat in there and drank my coffee and observed the nonsensethat goes on in there. If I was the owner I would consider hiring a whole new crew. Or hand picking a few to keep. I will nevergo back to this Dunkin if they were all ran this way they would be out of business. Read more
Placed order via the DD app Food/Coffee was ready just as I walked through the door Perfect timing!
Stopped in today on my way back home from Nyc and I ordered a iced coffee. I asked for 5 caramel and 5 cream, well my coffee... tasted like it had 1 and 1. I didn?t like it and ended up having to throw it out because I had already left. I used to work at adunkin and u gotta be focused on what the tag on the drinks say. Horrible experience waited so long and hearing the one staff member cursing and complaining about customers who waited LONG TIME... for there order and wasn't acknowledged until she had to go up to them. I go to this dunking often and honestly 75% of the timemy order is wrong and they give u attitude when u try to explain. Please do something thank u Read more
Just don?t order from here. PERIOD ! I did a mobile order and still waited 20 minutes for a wrap. What?s the point of mobile... ordering if i still have to wait because they don?t pay attention to orders ? While I was standing there I decided to look atreviews and surprise surprise every review was the exact same experience I faced. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Read more
I always order from mobile to make it easier so I don?t have to wait around. Most of the time half of my order is missing, I... usually give them about a 20 min head start, I always have to ask where the rest of my order is and I?m usually met with theeye roll and irritation. It?s not my fault that none of the employees who are all children can?t seem to pay attention longenough to fulfill orders. There have been numerous times that I couldn?t get anyones attention and I didn?t have time to waitaround so I left with only part of my order. Not sure who the manager is but the entire staff needs to be retrained. If I couldI would go to a different Dunkin but this is the only one closest on my way to work. Read more
The absolute worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever been to and unfortunately it is the only one close to my home. There is absolutely... no management here. The place is run by kids who have no knowledge of professionalism and have no customer service skills atall. It is very clear that new hires don?t go through any training and if they do, you should probably rethink your trainingprogram. I came in once a half hour before they were closing (supposed to close at 6:30 and were actually closing at4:30...surprise!!) and the one girl rolled her eyes ... I guess I was bothering her. The two children who were working thatnight were literally arguing about who had to mop the floor in front of me while I was waiting for my order. This place alsocloses extremely early for no reason and always at random times so you never know what to expect. I would not recommend anyonegoing here. Read more
If i could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. I left my wallet there and they had it for 2 days. These guys are the... best!!! Not only did they put it in the safe... NOTHING WAS MISSING.
