I'm appalled by the total lack of customer service I just experienced. For reference I have worked in the customer service... industry for over ten years. New to the area, I placed a mobile order, upon entering the store I was told they didn't have myorder. Upon being told they didn't have my order I returned to my car got my phone and showed my receipt. I was told I had thewrong address. I confirmed I was indeed at the address I ordered to. I was then told they don't have it. I asked what shall wedo if I already placed the order and it's submitted showing my confirmation. All I was repeatedly told was "they don't haveit". They made no offer to make it for me or ask how we could resolve it. This will certainly be the first and last time I everstep in the store. Read more
