I called to pick up mozzarella sticks listed at $7 online. When I arrived, an employee brought outside after I called to say I... was there. Still waited 10 min. He said it was $8.48 - prices just went up. I objected cause their online menu did not reflectincrease. I reluctantly paid. When I got home & opened pkg., there were 6 measley sticks, about 2 1/4" each. A few wereeven smaller...hardly worth $7, much less $8. I feel I was ripped off. They should have said on phone there was price increaseinstead of announcing when I arrived...very unprofessional in my opinion. Yeah, it's only a dollar, but the deceit by silencesmacks on principle. Plus the size & quantity were disappointing & did not reflect a value. Read more

A lunch time favorite for our office. From slices to salads, they are always consistent. My personal favorite is their garlic... knots. Fresh, fluffy and full of flavor! Read more

The main crust on the margarita pizza was soggy. Unfortunately, the sauce tasted like it was out of a can. The caesar salad was... so limp. No crisp leaves and so many leaves had brown spots. No restaurant should think it's ok to include browned leaves whenmaking a salad. Moved here recently... and so disappointed in Frank's! Will be stopping at my old favorite spot from now on...Anitmo's in Randolph! They have the most crisp caesar salads and always so fresh! Their pizza is excellent. Would do Frank'sgood to address these issues. Read more

@BigDudesBigFoods stopped by #FranksPizza ????in #MountArlingtonNJ for a couple of giant #StuffedMeatPizza #slices ???? with... #SauceOnTheSide of course, for dipping purposes. We even got involved in the process doling out the meat like a blackjackdealer. It was delicious and highly recommended. Had the amazing shrimp fra diavolo w/gf penne,... stopped in and Frank graciously discussed the main ingredient with me so I could add that to my approved diet plan (rice flour).Friday pizza/pasta nights are back on at our house. I don?t generally write reviews but I had a really unnecessary interaction at this restaurant. I come here frequently and have... never had a problem with anyone. Tonight, I came in to pickup two large pies. I did so as normal and went to my car in theparking lot. As I?m opening my door I hear loud whistling so I turned around and saw two men from the restaurant gesturingtowards me. I assumed I forgot something or took the wrong order because why else would these gentleman be whistling at meacross the lot. I approached them and they asked me to come into the foyer. There were several people around me who looked asperplexed as I was but I proceeded - highly embarrassing. The older man pointed to the door and told me I am not again to usemy foot to open the door - I am to use my back if my hands are full. Petite at that, but I am a 34 year old women with two largepies in hand, not a child. If the opening of this door is an issue perhaps the restaurant should have a door stop or it?semployees should offer to assist when they see their customers have their hands full. If two of them have enough time to leavethe counter and whistle to me across the parking lot than scold me at the entrance they most certainly could have offered tohelp me with my order from the start if there was a problem. Or even better, being that I am a regular, perhaps a politecordial and respectful mention of their sensitivity to their door the next time I am in would have been another viable option. Now, I am not comfortable setting foot in the place - shame. Our recent takeout order was a big disappointment. We ordered a white pizza, a Margherita pizza, a chicken Caesar salad, a... large pasta Faggioli, and one slice of Grandma's pizza. The white pizza and pasta Faggioli were both good. However, theMargherita pizza was soggy, the sauce tasted like it was right out of the can, and the crust was too thick for a so called thincrust pizza. When they gave me my order I questioned why there were 3 pizzas when we only ordered 2. They opened the 3 boxes tofind they gave us a chicken Caesar salad pizza instead of a salad. They said they would make the salad right away. It tookalmost 20 minutes before they had the chicken Caesar salad ready. Finally, when we got home and unwrapped the slice ofGrandma's pizza we were shocked to see a slice that was so burnt, so charred and so dried out that it was absolutely inedible. That slice never should have been sold to a customer, it belonged in the garbage which is exactly where we threw it. We won'tbe going back to Frank's again. Update: it's about 5 months since our horrible experience at Frank's and still no comment fromthe owner has been posted. No apology. Doesn't speak well for Frank's management! I guest the quality of its managementequals the quality if it's food! Read more

Hunting the Best Slice in NJ, this isnt it. Hunting the Best Slice in Roxbury/Hopatcong, this would be on the lower end of the... Rakings. The service was less than energetic, even after we shared why we where there and what it was for. The slice was notgood on any level. The menu said they use all fresh ingredients and that they make their own sauce. This is not what we tasted. The place is huge with many tables, booths and seats available. I am sure they do well in catering, but as far as pizza isconcerned, sorry to say they missed the mark..See where they end up on the Pizza Hunters App Rakings for NJ. Read more
