I have been remiss in not visiting Blue Collar sooner. The first time I went, my girlfriends and I met there on a Saturday... afternoon to sit at the bar and have a leisurely lunch and drinks. The setting was super chill, and both the cocktail menu andthe food menu were unique and impressive! Everything was delicious, and our bartender, Emily, was attentive and fun. Great local dining experience. Not sure why the golf course waited so long to open a restaurant! Golfing, drinks and food is,... and always will be a super time! Everything from food to service was excellent. Glad we have finally tried this local spot!Highly recommended if you live near Hempfield or have to travel a little. It will be worth it! Read more
Very nice restaurant! The prices aren’t horrible and the view is lovely. It took me a long time to finally come but I enjoyed... it when I did. I spoke to the manager some months ago about a possible hosting gig for an event and though we didn’t go thatdirection, he was very friendly and accommodating! Our server, Melissa was very attentive and friendly. The food was very good. There were drink and food specials and a nice bar... and food menu. Hempfield area needed places like this. Reservations are recommended but, I think you get a table with a shortwait. Read more
