Possibly the worst establishment I?ve ever been. Most of the staff are rude and unprofessional. On multiple occasions the door... is lock so you can?t even enter after 7pm. I went to today and they were out of a majority of the items on the menu. I ordered apie and when i arrived home i realized the pie was burnt. I came here because McDonalds' app was wonky and I needed a fast lunch. The pork bbq sandwich is a generous size and rather... tasty but on the dry side. I wonder if I was supposed to ask for a sauce. I'll return to this location and explore theofferings here when I have more time. Read more

First time there. Went for breakfast. Cashier had no suggestions for me. She don't eat pork. Understandable! Employees in back... was in huddle conversating among themselves. Had a line of customers. Fresh hot delicious. As usual! :) will repeat. They can do better about running out of items on the menu such as ice, lemon,... tea, chicken, boberry biscuits, etc. they should offer a substitute for each and every item they don?t have. They don?t. Theyjust rudely say, do you want to want to order or not?.. smh Read more
Depending on when you go, you may get professionalism and good customer service. Sometimes they can be a little slow getting... your order complete. Other times have been quite speedy. The Boberry Biscuits are ALWAYS on point. Overall, this place is hit ormiss. Read more
First off I want to say I do happen to love Bojangles. It?s about the only fast food I eat, and only enjoy it when I?m down... Maryland seeing family. But this is by far the most disgustingly dirty restaurant I?ve ever been in. First thing in the morning10am and the floor is sticky, and the bathrooms are in such horrible condition, they should be closed to the public. This placeshould seriously be shut down for health concerns. Left and would not eat food or recommend anything from this establishment atthis time. Read more
At 220pm today 11/17 i encountered one of the rudest non smiling cashiers ever in my life little girl about 4ft tall had the... nastiest disposition; no greeting, asked her a question, it felt as if i was bothering her; i didn't tell her to apply for thatjob!
