They tried to smart-alecks with my order. I ordered the vegetable sandwich with lettuce, they sent bread with lettuce in it,... nothing else. Then they tried to blame me, because their online order stated a lettuce sandwich, it doesnt, it clearly indicatesthe order was a vegetable sub with lettuce added to it. In case if you wanna order Chow Mein, here how it looks like(not a single piece of a noodle, just a juicy white vegetables). It... supposed to be a dish with the noodle right?! Mein is a noodle in Chinese for god’s sake LOL and I know that. I went back toask them if it’s a correct order they were confused in the beginning and then explained Lo mein is a noodle chow mein is justa vegetable just to get rid of me LOL. I keep giving this place nance after chance to get it right because when I first moved around here about 2 years ago, I was... satisfied with the orders I've made. I don't know if someone else has taken over or if the originally cooks were replaced butthe food is starting to get nastier and nastier and the portions smaller. I have several issues with this place. 1. TheDrivers. I understand that we live in a not so good area. The drivers are scared of being robbed so they will not deliver thefood to your door. Instead, they will make you come to the car and get it. And if you're not out the door about 15 seconds afterthey call you, the will obnoxiously blow the horn until you come outside not knowing if there is a disability that you sufferfrom that prohibits you from doing so. Once you get to the car, they will yell "Give me the money". First of all, don't tell meto give you anything. How about we great each other with hellos instead ? Today, the driver actually snatched the money out ofmy hand and then said something which I'm pretty sure was either a racial slur or something smart in his own language. I askedhim to repeat it and he threw my items at me. I immediately called the store and asked to speak with a manager who seemed likehe could careless about my complaint against his driver. 2. The Portions. The lunch portions are starting to get smaller andsmaller. They're giving you more vegetables than meat in everything. A shrimp egg roll is no longer a shrimp egg roll but a eggroll with spring roll filling a baby one baby shrimp. I ordered a steak and cheese and the the bread was hot but the meat wasdamn near cold. 3. The Lack-of-Respect. You have a business in OUR neighborhood. Don't you think that you should show us sometype of respect considering the fact that it is us who are ordering from you that pays your bills to keep your business open. I have been eating here for years and my food has always been fresh, just flat out good. I even will by pass other carryouts... just to get to them. Today I ordered shrimp fired rice, shrimp/broccoli, general tso shrimp, & egg rolls. I found 3 little blackbugs in the food and the first one I said maybe it was the season then I started to just look throughout the food and 2 more wasin the shrimp/broccoli. I called back to let them know look I found bugs in the food and the young female that takes the orderstell me that wasn't possible. I told her that I was on the way back to bring them the food she just keep telling me that it'snot possible. I get there with the food and the bugs she still saying it not possible with the bug in her face as if I put thebugs in the food.
