Before placing an order, my daughter had to use the restroom which was out of order. I asked the 2 employees at the front and... they disregard and ignored me when I asked if my child could use the employee restroom. Since they couldn't accommodate mychild, I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more

Worst customer service ever. Lady on duty was very rude. Went in to get a drink and use the restroom. Saw restroom was closed... when I walked up and she threatened to call the police like it was against the law to inquire about the restroom. She was veryunpleasant and I for one will never go there again. Owners of this subway need to do so investigations. Sad Read more
Everything good except no cup for water!
I asked one of the unshaven, disheveled, smelly Subway sandwich makers to Kylie change his gloves because he had been touching... numerous appliances before making my sandwich. I got attitude from him and the person working next to him who spoke in alanguage I did not understand but I could tell that they were very unhappy with me asking them to Simply change their gloves. My last visit, The cashier named "Papi" was VERY RUDE to me. I asked her for some fixings on the side and she responded "WHY!?"... and followed with all attitude afterwards. I said never mind and drove down to New Carrollton's Subway and got greeted andserved with no issues or questions what so ever. I had ordered several footlong subs and everyone doesn't like to same fixings.To make matters worst, a few weeks later my sister said she went to the same store and was treated TERRIBLE by the same cashier. I wrote a letter to Subway's Corporates but they never responded back. I've been going to Jersey Mike's ever since and so hasmy sister. Read more
