Customer service here is terrible. I went to order a wrap & they told me the oven is not working,which they lied because they... wanted to leave early. Please , to whomever is in charge at this location,your store at this location is losing money because ofpoor customer service. Read more

This location (Landover Hills) always lock their doors before the time shown on their door. This time I decided to do a pick up... order. Order was scheduled to be ready at 7:45pm; mind you, it?s a Sunday so I show up at 7:40pm and the doors were alreadylocked! Had to wait for a customer to leave out in order to go in and get my food. This store should get secret shoppedperiodically to avoid them closing before their designated time. Such an inconvenience. Read more

DO NOT order delivery from here. EVERY TIME I order more then one item there are items missing. Customer service won't do... anything for you other then email the manager to respond to the issue.. But as far as going in person to order it's solid. Read more

Overcharged by adding ?probiotics? to my smoothie that I didn?t order. I asked for no bananas but they were too busy charging... for ?probiotics?. Cherry on top the cashier who took my order makes my order and leaves it in the blender melting, gave everyoneafter me their order. I asked for a refund of course I will not be returning to this establishment lacking customer service andthey CLEARLY MADE ME WAIT ON PURPOSE. Read more

The worst tropical smoothie location, I have been to many other locations in the DC/MD region and never dealt with this kind of... experience. I am a vegetarian and ordered a hummus wrap. They handed me my drink first that was made incorrectly and I had towait for it to be remade. The person who made it did not have great customer service skills. Then, they handed me what wassupposed to be a hummus wrap. I should known to double check the wrap before leaving. All the other locations will have theorder correctly labeled on the plastic bag. This one did not for the food nor the drinks. They did not include my chips, which Iluckily caught before leaving. When I got home, I opened my wrap and could smell the strong scent of chicken. I had to throw itaway. I hate wasting food and money. The smoothie was poorly made as well. Incredibly disappointed by this location. Don?tbother giving it a try. Read more

Customer service need to improve, food is good but the attitude of the cashiers is not to good. Is June 6 2021 I tried to use... the restroom but was told is not available do to pandemic, I try to question it 3 cashiers came on the defensive. One of thecashiers suggested to go to McDonald's, Starbucks or Walmart that's when I said "all these other places can have restrooms openfor their customers but Tropical Smoothie can not?" 1 reply yes because they are open for dine in. So is a matter of being openfor dine in not covid 19? Not coming to this location ever again. I was taking a picture of the sign, the cashier again said Icouldn't go to the back I wasn't going to the back I was taking a picture. The picture is below.
