We placed an order anonymously for a family several times and we never received any feedback. So when I ordered today I asked... for tracking and when I received the order complete I called to make sure the handoff of food was done and this is when he putme thru to the manager. She said they were not allowed to deliver there anymore, SO WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO TELL US? You?vebeen charging our credit card each time ! The manager said yes! We have been charging your card and throwing the food in thetrash . This is what the district manager said to do until we called them to ask how the delivery went. WHAT?? They obviouslyhave our phone number , they could have called and told us - or how about this, at least not charged our credit card. Come on! I even received the ?ORDER COMPLETE? message. Right - it was complete straight to the trash can ! This is so wrong on manymany levels ! I will never go there again or recommend to anyone else. STEALING THAT?S EXACTLY WHAT THIS IS!!! Read more
Since this is the only place that will deliver we are limited. 3 times in a row when Michelle worked there, our orders would... ALWAYS be messed up. I've noticed a new person is making our orders now (Lisa or Liz, I think is her name) all has beenfantastic! Kudos to her. We get it delivered fast also. Read more
Wouldn't deliver to me because I'm in a semi truck even though I'm at a physical address but they said someone had to live there... even though I live in my truck. I've had Domino's deliver to my truck countless times and never once had an issue but apparentlythis Domino's says it's corporate policy. Absolutely horrible service Read more
We ordered 3 pizza's for delivery. 2 of them were dropped. When I called to complain I was told I could bring them in for a... new one. I had them delivered because I couldn't pick them up. So, I said no thanks. I was supposed to get a credit on myaccount that didn't happen either. I have pictures. Read more
Not very good. Short staffed, people working are handling good with no gloves, touching their hair and all kinds of other things... and handling food. Ordered 20 mins ago online with 6 min delivery and 30 mins later I'm still waiting. Your staff is going tomake people sick with unhealthy handling of food. I ordered the pasta bowl (in the tin pan). The pan (which is small) was not even half full maybe 3/4 cup at most) and was... burnt! The person that answered the phone told me that they have to fill the tin half full or it will overflow when cooked. As to the burnt food issue she stated that hopefully they will get the order right tge next time. Hello.......with this type ofcustomer service there WON'T be a next time. We had a coupon that someone working there wouldn't grant. Forced to pay full price. I would like to hope that everyone's doing... the best they can so I never usually give two stars or less. I wouldn?t even give this place a star! This is the worse! The pizza is over priced I spent 36$ on two pizzas and some bread,... then got charged twice for it!! I asked for a refund and all they could say was ?everyone is getting charged twice and corporatecan refund it back to you? but the woman manager would not give her name or corporates number.
