So I have gone here for about two years and recently I gave this location a 3 but I tell you they are doing something different!... These people have been working short handed yet they have been so sweet and friendly. The new mgr Brittney is just Awesome! Theyoung lady Ella is just as sweet as can be. There?s 6 workers here, 3 standing in the corner talking the whole time. And 3 doing everything while there?s a long line of... customers. The One girl was taking orders had a attitude, kept putting her finger up to have me stop talking because she was ina mood & didn?t want to deal with customers. She told her coworker she wasn?t in the mood to work register, then another girlcame to the register & started taking orders for everyone. Over the summer I walked in multiple times wanting the strawberry Acai and they never had the stuff to do it. I believe I got... one over the whole summer. I'm very disappointed in Starbucks at the Landrum Ingles. Again. This is not a pumpkin cream cold brew and for someone who... worked at Starbucks would know that. This is awful. Its watered down. I have no idea what these other negative reviews are talking about. These baristas are the friendliest people ever. They always... get my drink out quickly and correctly!! 95% of the workers there have such a bad attitude. They either give you attitude right off the bat, get snarky when you inform... them they made your drink wrong, or just give you dirty looks. It?s sad this is the closest Starbucks in town because it?s sucha horrible experience to deal with these people. Read more
