They have great food, it is always good and hot when they bring it out. But the down side is they're usually slow. I make a Togo... order, arrive after the time it says and then usually wait 10 more minutes before they bring it out. But I still love their foodso I'll just wait. Read more

My 8 year old son loves Sonic so when I passed by this location he made me promise to stop on our way back home since we weren't... from this city & a long way from home. The lady on the headset had us repeat the order at least 3 times as she said she couldn'thear in her headset so she walked out to the car & directly took the order. It took at least 20 to 25 minutes to finally get thefood out to us. I looked in the bag & my order had tater tots but I specifically asked for French fries because my son & I bothhate tater tots (she took the order standing in my face but still wrote it incorrectly) so this took another 5 or 10 minutes tocorrect just for French fries... Imagine my frustration with a hungry 8 year old with ADHD in the backseat... I gave the lady mydebit card to pay for the order & she took my card and walked off to another vehicle handing out food... Who does that?? Swipemy card & give it back... She finally gets back to my car 5 minutes later & drops my card on the ground and instead of pickingit up like a normal person, she scooted my card on the gritty ground with her foot & now my debit card is all smudged &scratched up on the back... Visited around 830am driving through to FL. We ordered two breakfast burritos, tots, and some drinks via mobile app. After... receiving order we got onto freeway. After a few miles we started to eat our food. Both burritos and tots were heavily oversalted, to the point each food item was unedible. Either the employee preparing food over salted on purpose or they don't knowhow to use salt shaker. First time I've had this experience. The tea tasted like the tea pot wasn't cleaned recently. I never really eat over here in this area. I had to wait over 30 minutes for food because they messed up my order. They come... back after 15 minutes with my newly revised order just for it to be messed up again. Burger was cold. I'm just not coming hereagain I'd rather drive 20 minutes to the next city to get better service!! No napkins. I'm highly frustrated right now because Ididn't feel good all day I decided to come get food so I don't have to cook and it was just a disastrous experience. Read more
We always order on the app by always I mean atleast twice a week. We usually go late because we?re night owls. Tonight the app... was down so we drive down there. Pull up to the stall and were told We would have to go to drive thru. (Usually there are signswhen this is the case) We pulled around to drive thru and were told inaudibly they would be with us as soon as possible. Thatturned out to be quite a few minutes..atleast 10. When she came to take our order which would have been 2 blasts we were toldshe had just turned off the ice cream machine so it could be cleaned. This was 15 minutes before closing but we had already beenthere 20 minutes. Seemed like we were waiting for her to come take our order while she turned the machine off. For a place thatsells that much ice cream they shouldn?t turn the machine off any earlier than closing time. Always takes forever. Can never get the most simple order right. Just wanted a burger with ketchup and somehow they mess it up.... It?s happened multiple times. Most definitely won?t be eating from this location anymore since it seems like it?s the only onewith this issue. Our food came up hot, fresh, and correct. Our cashier Lillian was very nice while taking the money and handing us our food.
