The dining hall was overcrowded, with far too many people for the size of the venue. The live music was too loud for the size of... the venue, and created an overwhelming atmosphere when combined with the hubbub of people chatting. Little to no direction forwhen and where to wait for the buffet created huge lineups for the tiny buffet area. The food was good, but the syrup on thetable did not do this venue's products justice. Individual sugar pies were a delectable delight, definitely showcasing the maplewell! A pleasant surprise was that the majority of staff were wearing masks, and so were most guests while not eating ordrinking. The gentleman serving tire d'erable was not masking (he wore his on his chin), which is disappointing, considering howmany guests he encountered in our short time outside. Lack of activities means that the over-crowded dining hall is the mainfeature of this venue, and the younger contingent of our group got bored, quickly. Best for an older crowd who want to gab whilesharing a good meal. Read more

It takes skill to ruin breakfast. The food tasted terrible; worse yet is that it was very expensive for low end diner food. The... maple syrup specifically was poor, it looked like honey (I thought it was honey). There are many sugar bushes to choose from, Istrongly suggest another location. Read more
This was my most disappointing sugar shack experience ever. The food was not tasty, there's no service, and it's expensive for... what you get. The ambiance is lacking, it's just a big room with tables, and live music that is simply too loud, an overalldisappointing visit. There are many other options that you should try before experiencing this place. Read more
The ambiance is great! Exactly what you would expect from this experience. The food was very god although, as a vegetarian my... options were limited. The staff was so friendly! There is a play structure for kids to play before/after the meal. They alsohave high chairs and change tables in the men’s and the women’s bathrooms. There is ample amounts of parking.
