Went there today with a friend, service was the usual, what I would expect. Order was pretty quick, the food though is what... really made this review the four stars. The people in the back gave an extra helping of fries and the seasoning was phenomenal,probably the best fries I?ve had at any A&W. the burger was also very good actually tasted like they were using freshingredients which is always good considering the whole marketing. Not open early enough to grab breakfast on the way to work. The times I have managed to stop by in the morning they're always... super slow in the drive through. 10 minutes with an empty drive through to get a breakfast sandwich is brutal. Don't go here forbreakfast if you're in a rush. Read more
I just had 2 whistle dogs made fresh. Had to wait 10 minutes but well worth it!!
I come here all the time, but today was the worst experience I've ever had here. I walked inside to order, only to watch all... three employees working behind the till, arms crossed and ignoring me while conversing amongst themselves before finallydeciding to walk over and take my order. They clearly don't care about customer service here. UPDATE: It's been about threehours since I had their food and I noticed the burger tasted off. Now I'm incredibly sick and am suspecting it's food poisoning.Unbelievable. Train your staff to take care of customers and produce food that are of a basic health standard. Never coming hereagain. Try to visit this place whenever I can. First time I visited I took out and realized when I got home we did not get our fries.... Knowing there was nothing we could do that day as we had a full schedule we went back another day. After explaining the issuethe staff member called over to a gentlemen (likely the owner?) who was quick to ask for a couple of free fries for us. Weclarified that we had only ordered one fries and he was very happy to offer a few orders of fries for the trouble. They havealways been willing to offer us some of their fries seasoning as well on the side. Sometimes a small experience can have a bigimpact and this is no exception. Between their focus on quality compared to other quick service restaurants and the generosityof their leadership I am happy to visit here from time to time for some food and a root beer. Read more
Brand new building (2019) and very clean and modern inside. Staff is new but they are learning fast. New Teen Bistro Burger was... good. Read more
