Got there just before noon only one more couple in the place. Server was nice and polite. Order pizza and cactus cut potatoes,... pizza was just warm and the cactus cut potatoes slightly overdone. Both tasted reheated. Mention it to the server and sheoffered to make another pizza but we said no thanks as having just finished the half marathon in Victoria we were very hungry.On the positive note the Corona was nice and cold. Tried tested and true. A great chain restaurant if you like that sort of thing.
I was greeted right away and seated. I ordered some pasta which took way to long to get. Coffee was hot as the pasta but tasted... ‘off’. The server was polite and nice but the waiting game was way too long. Not to mention there were very few people inthe restaurant. The reviews are not wrong. Read more
Very slow service. The restaurant was practically empty, just 4-5 families, but it took a while to get our order in, my husband... asked for extra tomatoes and onions in his pasta dish, there were none added but yet we were charged for them. My salad was goodthough the chicken was a bit dry. When we decided to get dessert it took over 10 minutes to get a slice of cake and acoffee/tea. Read more
Love eating here because of the whole package. Well trained staff, fresh salads and good food. I always get a jug of water... because I drink lots of water for health reasons. Some restaurants won't serve water in a jug. Really appreciate that BostonPizza does that. Good on your team! Read more
After getting excited when told about the outdoor patio being pet friendly several weeks ago, we were delighted to walk there... with our Yorkie to enjoy eating out instead of always ordering in. After several visits there over the past several weeks withour pet...we arrived today (Aug 1st) to be greeted by a sign on the door that the patio is NOT pet friendly....which wasconfirmed by the hostess. So off we went to Browns Socialhouse , where we had a lovely dinner, great service...and where ourlittle well behaved Yorkie was welcomed by the manager and staff. Read more
Came here for lunch, our server was great and very friendly. Unfortunately by the time we got our food the pizza was cold and no... one had checked up on us so we proceeded to eat our lunch. The pizza still tasted great though and the Thai bites we enjoyedvery much! By the time she came back and asked us how the food was we explained that it was cold. She was very nice andexpressed she was sorry about that and she would take the pizza off the bill. We would still come back and eat here! Read more
Picked up lunch for myself and coworkers today: When calling - the staff had next to no knowledge of the products they were... offering to the point of suggesting I google the menu. Was told twenty-five minutes until order completion and showed up thatmany minutes later. I was presented my lukewarm pizza and wings. Large pizza toppings are VERY scared of the edge of the pizza;the small and the large size have about the same amount of toppings. The wings were meh and those along with my appetite saved astar for this reflection. I would have taken the L and moved on like I do ninety-five percent of the time had it not been forthe sour cream on the perogy or more specifically it’s absence. This is the straw that broke the camels back and the primaryreason this review was born to our world. Read more
