The last 2 times at Belmont are cheap on the veggies and rice teriyaki beef meal. I did get 3 mushroom slices though. And I was... the only one ordering food. Every other location is way way better. They raised the prices and lowered the quantity. Never anissue. Should have gone to Noodlebox. Read more

The only good Edo left on Vancouver Island. This restaurant doesn?t precook or overcook like the other locations, and still has... the normal pricing. Portioning is also larger than the other locations, while still being extremely fresh. I used to be aregular of the Tillicum location, as I lived right beside it, but now I make the drive out here when I crave Edo. Thefranchisee is also super nice - he seems to remember my face from when I came in the first couple weeks this location opened. Staff are also super friendly and talkative. Read more

The best Edo Japan on the island! Have dined here often and the food is always consistently fresh, hot, and extremely tasty.... They have even done custom orders for me from time to time. The management & staff are super friendly, helpful, and efficient.They definitely go the extra mile to ensure you have a good experience. A nice atmosphere and they keep the place extra cleanand tidy. Love eating here and always enjoy the smiles and greetings from the staff. Read more

I ordered delivery through Skip, the driver delivered it to the wrong house. So I ordered pick up through skip. When I arrived... at the restaurant the staff were very understanding what had happened and rushed my order. This was perfect customer service.Couldn't be happier with how the staff handled the situation which was in no way their fault. Read more

If I could give NEGATIVE Stars I would! I was a regular customer of this restaurant for quite sometime. On June 23rd I ordered... my regular meal of chicken & shrimp with extra chicken to go. Once I got home I noticed there wasn't any shrimp and theredefinitely wasn't any extra chicken. I called the restaurant immediately and notified them of the issue. The gentleman I talkedwith on the phone had broken English but took my name, phone number and the problem that occurred and said to mention thedetails the next time I was in. After returning from vacation, today I visited the restaurant and notified the women working atthe counter of my previous issue. She went and told the cook ( unsure if he is the manager ) and he came to chat with me. Iexplained the situation and he said the person I spoke with only wrote down the missing shrimp. I explained that I told theperson on the phone about both missing items, the missing shrimp and the missing extra chicken. He said he would not offer theextra chicken that was missed as it wasn't written down. I told him I was a regular customer and "this is a joke". I then walkedout the restaurant and told the staff as I was leaving they just lost a loyal customer for life. I will never return to thisrestaurant! Read more
