If I could put zero stars I would. The manager, called Jackie , who has zero skills with clients, argue with me , roll her eyes... when I was talking several times and said I was lying ,even after proving her wrong ,huge lack of respect , incrediblydisrespectful with me, also very rude with other customers . I stayed nice and polite . The store mess up my order totally anddidn?t replace it. The client is always right , And someone should educate Jackie and let her know or send her back to school .I walked away loosing 32$ sadly. I?ll never go back there. Read more
Terrible service. Ordered off the app and my partner went to pick it up after work, they told her they wouldn't make it because... my phone wasn't within 300m. That has never been an issue before and we've done the same thing for multiple locations. She alsoadded some items at the window and they refused to give her the food or offer a refund. Will never be returning to thislocation. Just across the street, better than the one in Walmart. Team is friendly and they offer great quality meals. * Don't go at... Walmart. Ppl are rude and chicken /sandwich and nuggets are fried in old disgusting ???? oil. Read more
This is only based on our most recent experience. I ordered a plain hamburger (received a cheese burger), a medium fries (which... weren't fresh), and a medium iced tea (which was super watered down). My boyfriend ordered a 10-piece McNugget MEAL with nosauce, just extra ketchup packets. They gave us just the 10-piece McNuggets without the fries or drink that he ordered, and noketchup packets to be found... When we got up to the pickup window, we told the staff that our order was missing a few thingsand they didn't do anything about it, other than passing a few ketchup. ???????????????? Read more
This was probably the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. Went late at night. The wait was long for the drive through, but very... few people. They were out of a number of items. Took payment at the window and then disappeared for a long time and we couldhear shouting because the window was open. The service was checked out and the food wasn?t warm. Not sure if it was an isolatedincident or a habit but could have been better. Read more

This is an extremely high-volume McDonalds location easily the most busy in the West Shore and potentially the whole South... Island. I usually visit and grab a coffee on the weekends. Experience varies with long wait times not uncommon even whenordering a coffee. Also have had one experience when I had to argue with a staff member that there was no cream in my icedcoffee and she insisted there was (yes, it was completely black?). Also, a frequent hang out for teenagers. Have witnessedsome questionable behaviour from the teens (vaping in restaurant, dumping makeup bottles on tables etc). Although some of theseexperiences can be interesting it is overall a good central Langford location and have never had issues with the actual food anddrink beyond the normal McDonalds experience. The inside of the restaurant is also a decent size for dine in enjoyment. Read more
Went through the drive-thru, received bacon egg muffin and mocha, both were cold. Egg bacon muffin had the texture of sitting... for 30 minutes or more. Terrible for drive thru, not always possible to take back. Read more
