The service was awesome. But the pathetic amount of fries with the dinner was disappointing. It's a bit over priced for the... amount of food. I understand everything has gone up and restaurants are struggling but make it count were you can more frieswould make such a difference. The food is good. The prices have gone up obviously everywhere but the portions are about halfthe size they used to be but paying 1/3 more for it . I have to give 4.5 stars because the service we had was amazing ???? We went here Tuesday night and it was not only the worst service I've ever had the food was terrible. We have never been to the... one in Langford but used to frequent the one in Duncan often and usually order the same thing, theTruffle parmesan Potatocrisps, Lettuce boats, calamari and wings. We get the Truffle potato crisps and they tasted plain, no truffle oil and barely anyparmesan cheese, I mention it to the waiter and he's response was "well that's what they always look like" ???? doesn't mean thetaste is the same. My daughter gets embarrassed and says "they're fine" the waiter just walks away says nothing. We try thecalamari and it was incredibly over cooked to the point of being dry and tasteless. I ask to speak to the manager, she comesover with attitude like it's our fault it wasn't cooked right. I explain and she asks if we want it re cooked, no apology,nothing! I said we are over the calamari ???? but the truffle chips we will take to go. With attitude she grabs them off thetable and walks away. Then I ask our waiter for a to go container and he brings me this tiny one it would barely fit in, I askedfor another one or bigger one, he's response "it'll fit" I show him, he continues to argue with me over it, I then ask him whyhe's even arguing about this and he replies "you're arguing with me". He was incredibly arrogant and has absolutely no waiterskills what's so ever. He then walks away and grabs me a little one. Then we get a new waitress cause I'm guess he refused tocome back. She's great gives us out food to go, we pay our bill, which they only took the calamari off, fair, then we get homeand thermy neglected to put any parmesan cheese on our new order of truffle chips which at that point I was just over it.Instead of this restaurant taking any sort of constructive criticism they basically blammed us from the beginning with hugeattitude. BRING YOUR APPETITE!! I ordered the pulled pork poutine and the huge plate that came was enough for 3 people ???? portions are... very generous not to mention delish! My friend ordered the fish tacos which were incredible! Lovely server as well. Read more

This is a nice place, good service, and good prices. The food could be tastier I had the teriyaki rice and was a bit salty than... I expected. Dry ribs was salty too. My hub had the original burger and that was ok. For cocktails I found some classics as whitesangria and it was good. I would come back on the future to try something different and hopefully will be better. Read more
