placed an order online for drive thru but i accidentally put wrong location and the pretty barista who?s on window patiently... took my order thankyou for still making my drink i forgot to get her name but really appreciate it. ???? last time i went tothis store for dine in i asked for extra cold foam for my drink she put my drink to a venti cup to achieve my extra cold foamwhich is i really like it is the same barista i encountered today thank you for giving that excellent service ???????? Just ordered a grande Oat milk praline latte with no whip. The cup was only a third of the way full with Oat milk. And had... whip... for the cost of the latte and then tip on top of that was not worth the money.. I have Starbucks as a treat on baddays... this did not make my bad day better... If I could post the pic of my latte with this post I would.. but I don't see anoption to do so. Read more

Drive through staff are super helpful, nice and friendly. Had to go back end of my work day to return item that included mouldy... cheese and salami. Manager was happy to refund the item, but could have done more, considering meant missing having lunch thatday. Read more

Points for being speedy when serving the drive thru but it's a disappointed visit as Camryn at the window was rude and... miserable. She couldn't even fake it. On top of that my Starbucks refresher tasted like penicillin and nothing like kiwi or starfruit. Guess I know to just go to the Hull's corner Starbucks. They at least get 3 stars. Read more

Staff being so rude. We came to the drive thru by walk in. I know that?s against policy but we waited at the window for like... 10-15 minutes. The staff was looking at us and was ignoring as they didn?t see us. They should at-least tell us that they cannotservice to the walkers at drive thru. It was so cold outside and we were just waiting them to respond. This is not the way toserve the customers and also this is not the good customer service I would say. ???????? Read more

What a waste--it's Christmas, the time when people come in to enjoy their Starbucks seasonal drinks and enjoy the decorations,... and this place has been drive-thru only for months. The Starbucks across the road in the mall closed, likely because this oneopened, and it was actually good. Give up your lease and let Discovery Coffee or Serious come in and show you how to actuallyrun a business. With all the condos and apartments in the development, and new ones being built, this will be a desirablelocation for an actual coffee shop, not a wasted opportunity. Read more
