If I could give it zero stars I would. I haven't been to a Tim Hortons in years since quality of customer service went way down.... Today it was quite hot out and I decided to pop in to get a cold drink. With it being as long as it has, I forgot the name ofthe drink. I asked the cashier for a caramel frappe, or whatever it was that they called it at Tim Hortons, knowing full wellthat the Frappe is a Starbucks drink. Once they figured out what it was I wanted, another worker who wasn't involved in takingmy order spoke to me in a sassy tone saying that the Frappe is a Starbucks drink. All tables were covered with garbage. The bag of food given had a big smear of butter on the bottom, when brought to the... attention of one of the employees behind the counter, they ignore it and keep doing whatever they were doing. Some nice casheersbut that's about it. Update: I've now found hair in my food from this Timmons location more than once recently. If I could givethis place less then one star I would. Update to the update: Got a replacement for the food that had hair in it. Thereplacement had cardboard in it. It's honestly amazing how little the staff care about the quality of the food they serve. Tim Horton is, in my opinion, one of the best service bars I visit ... I come to them every morning for coffee that tastes... great.Since I don't put anything in the coffee, it's always delicious, warm and I like to drink it ...The staff is also veryfriendly and I always get smiles and greetings ... Made the mistake of asking for a sleeve for my coffee. Lady behind the counter decided to audibly slam it down so hard it made... the person behind me jump. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons on Vancouver island. Staff are slow, would rather chat with eachother than work, staff is rude and the service is sub par. It is one of the busier Tim Hortons in Langford. Even with so many people behind the counter and covering drove through, service... is average at best. Co-workers constantly criticize each other in front of patrons while waiting for orders. The staff are trulynot polite to customers when asking simple questions. Read more

Got these wedges around lunch time today and had to throw them out because they were cold and mushy. Very dissatisfied

This has to be the worst Tim hortons I have ever been to. Probably the worst fast food place I?ve ever been to. They treat their... customer and their products so carelessly. Many times I have gotten food in the restaurant and been ignored with no one willingto help for minutes (5 plus minutes). Every time I order they ask me 5-10 times what I?ve ordered after I paid and is on thescreen. I?ve been thrown a sandwich on the side without asking what my order was or being told what the order was and having todig through the bag to see if it?s my food. I got a sandwich today and the sandwich was COVERED in sauce including the outsideof the bag too. Had to get a napkin just to touch the bag. Unfortunately this is the THIRD time this happen. I am sodisappointed and kept trying to give this location another shot but I will never be returning again. Do better Owners andManagers of this location. Read more
