Nice casual dining experience. For an appetizer got the crab fries. For my main dish got the steak and crab cake. Asparagus and... steamed veggies on the side. Crab fries were good but maybe too much food with the bread. The bread and oil mix is sootasty. The steak was a top sirloin cooked to a perfect medium rare with nice grill marks. The reason for my low rating is not directly related to food quality. A few days ago I ordered a dinner marked as "curbside... pickup". I waited over 10 minutes by the curb and decided to come in and ask. I explained how long I was waiting and I got noemail, no message, nothing (the order was placed online). I not only didn't hear any apology, I was just handed the bag with myorder - which wasn't hot anymore of course - without a word. Is this really a good way to treat a customer? Put an employee bythe door who lacks basic politeness and professionalism? On top of everything, the amount of fries (I ordered "Fish with chips")was approximately 50% of you get anywhere else. The food was yummy but it's not the only place in the world with good food, I'drather choose a place where they treat me with better. My 2 suggestions - 1- fix the system, if I got a message saying the orderwas accepted, why not send me another one saying it's ready? 2 - teach your employees proper customer service manners.
