I have been here a few times and each time I feel like the food and service just gets worse. A few weeks ago my friend and I... ordered a wing basket for take out and the fries were missing from one basket. I was also here last night and ordered thesampler, with the chili on the nachos. As you can see in the picture there is barley any chili on this. When I asked thewaitress about it, she said it was only 2 ounces of chili due to it, being a sampler, however, they do charge extra for thechili. It was crazy to me that there was two chips with chili on it and there was an extra charge for it. To me, it wasn?t evenworth it. Plus when the food came out, some of it was on the colder side. Our server Chloe was theeee sweetest! We knew she was having a rough day but she was on top of her service!!! Her attitude was... phenomenal, she kept on checking on us in a timely manner, she tried to make light of her situation and she was overall reallyawesome so we left her around 100% for the tip! I'm going to update my review as I have one of the best waitresses I've ever had from behind the bar, and they made my wings so... perfectly. Turning my review from a 3 to a 5 is very impressive and I would recommend to go there on a Monday since thebartender on shift is amazing! So sweet and also great with kids too!!!! Read more
We used to come here eat least 3 times a month. My daughter and I came for lunch today at a 1230 pm it was empty. 2 other tables... were eating already and it took almost 10 minutes to get seated. We sit down and we were given napkins and plastic forks andknives .... Plastic! Ordered our food, nachos appetizer and 6 wings and max and cheese for our meals. Everything came at thesame time which was frustrating. I wouldn't have ordered an appetizer had I known. My daughters Mac and cheese was not edible.It was dry and when you scooped some onto the fork all of it came as one big piece. She said it tasted weird. We sent it backand ordered boneless wings and with the restaurant still being empty but took 20 minutes more to get those. The food here is awesome & reasonably priced! Can't get over how delicious the nachos are!!! We ordered online when the... restaurant opened & there was an hour wait for pick up, but it wasn't a big deal. The restaurant is severely understaffed, soyou can't really blame the workers. The staff that is there is so helpful and friendly! Even though I'm sure they're havingrough days due to picking up the extra work, they are always courteous and give service with a smile. They are the real reasonI'm giving 5 stars. I just wish the management would get on top of things so the good workers they do have don't have tooverexert themselves so much. Read more
I was disappointed. I love wings but they were not crispy and seemed to lack flavor. What is the sence of having a selection of... flavors if u cannot taste the flavor. The server was very nice and place was clean but have had better wings at other placesnot known for just their wings. I had amazing wings at wings to go. Not sure I would go back and acknowledging this helps butworking on a better wing would be even better. Read more
