Usually great service but they really dropped the ball tonight. I ordered 2 lg Mac n cheese, 12 grilled nuggets and a chicken... strip meal with a coke. Only thing correct in my order was the chicken strip meal. I did not receive mac and cheese and somehow ended up with 12 regular nuggets and 8 grilled nuggets and to top it off the syrup on the coke was low so my coke is superwatery. Read more
I always had a great experience until this past Thursday. I order ahead from the parking lot. I was heading down the road for... a business trip in Delaware. I was very disappointed the fries were cold and dry. I'm not certain if they gave me a order thatwas canceled and had been sitting. Did an online order & picked up in front of store. Literally quick, easy & on my way with my order in under 10 mins of arriving... at restaurant (which is a BIG help for when the drive thru line is longer than normal..I.e. weekend nights or bz summer nightssince this location is right next to Sesame Place). Have never had a bad experience at this location & only ever had 1 mishap(over a year ago) that was quickly fixed for me plus I was given voucher for free brownie/cookie (wasn?t expected but definitelyappreciated). Employees are very nice, professional & have never seen anyone working there in a bad mood or rude to customers.By far my favorite location! Read more
Went through drive through. They were very busy. They had one person taking the order outside were you had direct contact with... the person. No confusion about the order. The next person outside took the payment. These were the friendliest people. Pickingup the order was really nice because there was an employee outside handing us everything. The line is always long but moves along quickly. The efficiency and demeanor of all the employees makes for a pleasant... experience. It's my favorite fast food. Grilled chicken club is amazing and you can't go wrong with their waffle fries. Read more
They now have table Flowers inside. When was the last time you saw that at fast food? I was able to eat inside. I recommend you... park and go inside to get your order. Much faster than drive through. Read more

The lines are long its best if you order pick up instead. The employees are kind and they trytheir best.
Been here many times. Don?t fret even if you see long lines from their drive thru it is pretty quickly maybe 10-15 wait times.... Don?t forget when you pay scan your app to earn points!!
