Not the same Chipotle of a few years back. Definitely not as clean. Everything used to be so clean and organized. Now it's a... sloppy mess behind the counter. Not just this location but across the board. It's not very appetizing to see food spread allover the counter and the floor. The employees are in such a rush to move you along they don't listen to what you're ordering andthey make it incorrectly. They need to clean up a bit and listen to their customers. Read more

Chipotle is my favorite fast food restaurant. I travel a lot and wherever I go, I look for a Chipotle. I was traveling near... Longhorn area today (07/29/2022) and went to Chipotle restaurant at 2370 Lincoln Highway, Longhorn, PA I have never seen somany people working in any Chipotle restaurant that I have visited for last 10 years. I believe they are so friendly to eachothers that they keep on talking to each other and I felt the customers are a nuisance to their conversations. There were 4employees between whom the chit chat was going on and it was intense that they don?t see a customer waiting near the ?order?place, and after waiting after 5 minutes (no one was before me), finally a fifth person showed up and took my order. Aftergetting my food, I was looking for a place to sit down. Although there were about 8 tables were there (all empty) but all ofthem were filthy / dirty. After talking to a sixth person, a seventh person showed up and started cleaning all the tables. Isat down and started eating. From the whole time I entered that place to leaving, approx 20 minutes, a tall African girl andwhite skinned guy was talking non stop and doing nothing at all, not even care for me when I was waiting to order. When I growup (I am a senior citizen and this is sarcastic remark) I want to work there where I just talk, talk, no need to care for anycustomer there and getting paid. Great and easy place to work (need to work?) but make easy money. Before leaving, I asked forthe manager so that I can talk to him about my experience there. Oh boy, what kind of attitude he had, just blew my mind. Hisgreetings has to be set as role model to other Chipotle. ?Hey what?s up was a greeting to an elderly customer addressed by anyoung manager (male). I told him I want to talk to you something confidential / private. ?Confidential, what is confidential,I don?t time for that, i have other things to do? and just walked away If a responsible manager who suppose Read more

If you're going to get food at this place, try ordering it in person. If you order online, the people who could care less about... their jobs won't even look at your slip. Multiple orders over the past few months and they are always missing ingredients. Ifyou order double protein? Forget about it you're lucky to get half a scoop. Your pickup time is usually 15 minutes behind whatit said online so plan on that too if you are on a crunch for your break or getting dinner home. It's crazy to me how qualitycan vary from Chipotle to Chipotle so vastly. Some are so great. But Oxford Valley Chipotle, it ain't it. Go to Neshaminy Read more

If you get to this Chipotle location and you can order in-person it?s been fine. However, whenever it?s an online order (which... they often randomly switch to online, especially during peak hours,) the orders come out TERRIBLE, especially with portionsizes. Today only waited like 10 minutes but other times I?ve waited 45min-1-hour. Paid for double chicken on both of thesebowls and barely got anything (which by their standard should be 8 oz and not the 3-ish oz I received.) Also paid 3 dollars forthat little scoop of guac. I hate to sound corny, but I?m going to the Newtown location from now on. Read more

Lit. Get a bowl with a tortilla on the side to maximize your value. You get a ton of food. You can see that half the bowl will... make a burrito. Chipotle is probably the healthiest fast food option too. All whole foods and no fillers. Definitely my go tospot when you want to keep it healthy. Read more

I have been to this location in Langhorne quite a few times. I like the new vegan ???? chorizo and had it in a bowl ???? with... brown rice on my last trip. The food is normally good as expected from Chipotle . The location is very busy and could use moreparking. The biggest issue is that they need help. On my last trip they were extremely short staffed and I waited over 30minutes for the food we preordered but they get five stars ?? for the patience and persistence of the nice and friendly hardworking staff that was there yesterday not long before closing. ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? Just online orders available, and I had to wait 30 minutes after the pickup time established, food was really cold and portion... was small. Really bad customer service. This is the worst Chipotle restaurant I have ever been, the owner needs to close thisrestaurant or retraining the employees!! I will never come back here!!! Read more

I waited an hour for this food and it gets to me looking like this. I paid $3 for that disappointing slop of guacamole and... lackluster salad making. Look at these measly portions and the unappetizing display. Truly an unfortunate use of my money, timeand appetite. I have repeatedly had terrible experiences with this particular store and chipotle overall. This is absolutely thelast time I order from this company as a whole. Read more
