Placed an order at 2:15pm, were told it would be ready in 8-18min, got there 30min after ordering, waited for 20min before even... being spoken to, no pizzas were being made during this entire time. Then when they finally spoke to us, they had ?just seen theorder? and ?it will be ready in 8 minutes.? I think they seriously hired 2 people off the street who have zero idea what they?redoing and just threw them in there. Like these poor guys didn?t even know how to assemble the boxes lol. Things finally startedmoving when the delivery guy came back and hopped in the kitchen. NO GLOVES USED WHILE PREPARING FOOD. Hoping the pizza isedible. Read more
This review is from a former manager of Dominos. I worked for Domino's from 1997 to 2009 and I can be super critical of orders... I place from a Domino's since I ran 5 Star Locations that were larger (I had numerous Record Weeks that averaged $15,000 to$25,000 sales week in Chester County). I ordered from this location off Durham Rd today since it is closest to my in-laws. Itook advantage of the online $5.99 mix and match deal. We ordered a medium, handtossed pizza, light sauce. Half plain, halfpepperoni and mushrooms with a side order of cheesybread. I placed order at 1:19pm. It was done by 1:28pm. Went inside topick up order. Only one gentleman in store but he was super polite and assisted us quickly. Even with 10 minute drive tohouse, it was still hot and fresh! My 9 year old daughter said it was the best cheesybread and pizza she ever had, and we orderfrom Domino's alot! I was impressed with the amount of pepperoni and mushrooms on my half of our medium pizza. Covered my sidecompletely! Didn't touch my daughter's plain side, perfectly cut. Plus it was light sauce which was how we ordered it. Thecheesybread was super cheesy and perfectly baked. Think I will be going out of my way from now on to order from this locationnext time we want Domino's. They make the pizza perfect and I honestly couldn't have made it better for myself. When I picked up my order, half the staff was standing around. One employee was cursing at the others, which sounded like it was... due to the staff doing nothing. I was in there for about 5 minutes before being helped. No other customers were in the store.When I checked my order I was missing something I ordered, an employee said the item needed to be remade, the cashier instructedit did not. I ordered a pizza online, I called 2 minutes after explaining I wanted extra Alfredo sauce on my pastas , they said okay, I got... there and I asked if they put the extra Alfredo sauces like I requested , they said yes, good thing I checked in my car thepastas , there was no extra Alfredo sauces on the pastas, I went back in and requested if they could add it, the person incharge with a mean harsh voice said It was too late, too late? Ill save you time & money, this is by far the worst domino's ever. ???? was cold and burnt and it took em 1hr 30 mins. Dude in... charge was extremely rude he basically said oh well. Look The Pictures speak for themselves. Read more
I would like to rate the product I bought and the service I was provided. I ordered online for pick up in store, I received the... message that it was ready for pick up, after a little looking around for it, they found the order and I was son my way. When Igot home and got ready to have dinner the middle of the bread bowl had just really raw dough, the surface was barely cooked andthe middle not so much, after calling the store I was offered to have to go out again if I was to receive another order. I saidI would pay for delivery but it wouldn't go out, after a while I gave up because the only solution was to pay for the orderagain. Raw dough and pay double I don't think I would come back. Call at 11:53 to place an order it?s clearly advertised on Google delivery till 1 AM. Call the store got a giant attitude... employee was extremely disrespectful and rude. Would not recommend ordering any food from the store whatsoever. Read more
