I was in this place yesterday morning and it?s filthy! Looks like hasn?t been swept, mopped, doors had spills on them. Very... dirty! Food was awful. Bacon undercooked, bagel burnt. No drive thru. Service was slow. The place was sooo dirty I almost walked out.
This location is not your fancy remodeled Dunkin. This one is an old school one. It's kind of crammed inside.
last time I went to this location, my avocado toast was moldy. they took care of it and were nice about so I decided to try this... location again. this time I asked for avocado toasts with bacon and got untoasted bread with soggy bacon. so I went back andasked them to make them toasted. they remade them but they still weren?t toasted, they were barely warm and limp. so I asked tokeep them in the toaster a bit longer and the lady was very unhappy I asked for my toast to be toasted and gave me attitude. Idon?t want to ask you to remake it anymore than you want me to. when people ask for toast ?. it doesn?t seem like a hardconcept. especially when there?s never been an issue with any other Dunkin toasting it the first time. also asked for lightsugar in my large iced coffee and it was super sweet, unlike when I have the same coffee made at other locations Read more
I decided after the last visit I had enough. Was going there for very convenient location. 3 consecutive visits and 3 different... servers, no masks. Facility not very clean and I had to stop one guy who was about to grab a bagel to serve with his bare handsafter taking money. Please wipe down the door every couple hours. Yuk. Not the worst but no way a 4 or 5 star unless yourstandards are set real low. Read more
