I got the chicken melt and parm tots. Around $15 no drink. Bit much imo, but inflation and all.. the chicken sandwich is good... flavor, but really needs to be pounded flatter. The center was so thick and the edges were just cheese. The tots were good andI heard the loaded tots were good too. We won't be back though. For 3 of us it was about $50-55. I'd rather get cheaperfast/prepared food or pay more at a restaurant. Read more
This place is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I have had diarrhea non-stop since my lunch today with them today. The... floors are sticky all-over. It's like they poured maple syrup all over the place. The tables are sticky too. The cost for 2sandwiches and a small fries is $30!!!! And I've never ate a sandwhich where the grease-to-meat ratio was 50-to-1. It's messyeating. And for some reason they had special needs employee aimlessly wandering around the dining section deliberately dumpingcups of ice water all over the ground near us. Read more
Best part was the friendly staff. But the Bacon Cheese burger had no bacon. (Didn't know until I opened it at home) Loaded tater... tots were loaded with peppers. And only 2 small pieces of bacon. As always I will give it another chance. Read more

Delicious this time around! I came before and it was okay. The food looks like the pictures on the menu. The salad and the... "Saucy Fingers" are worth the money. The place as a whole is too expensive in my opinion. However, they do have a good menu withawesome flavors! I will eventually try them all. The fries were great! Crisp and fresh. I've never heard of the Melt shop but an online delivery service said "hungry now? 20 minute delivery " so I gave it a... shot. There was a tornado on the way so I tipped heavily and with all the "fees" and tip my grilled cheese with bacon, tatertots and spicy fries cost me 31.00. Not sure what any of them cost but satisfied my hunger. Different than the typical burgeror pizza order. The boxes and packaging were a great, added bonus. They cut into the profit so not many places around here dothat for "sides". When having a delivery service pickup your dinner and your food arrives with the bag just folded over oropen, it concerns me for the "security" of the food. Did they sneak a fry or worse? Their bags are sturdy and the label/tapesecuring the nearly folded bag, is your receipt printed on it. Very impressed. All in all, packaging was a 5 and food 3.5. 4stars from me!! Read more
This place needs a major customer service and staffing overhaul. They are on the right track with the food, but really need to... up their staffing situation, customer satisfaction will improve. Service is lacking, slow, rude, and you can tell most of theworkers there could care less about the customer. Read more
