I have had a few different experiences here. They used to be great, but unfortunately, this location has been very lackluster as... of late. Long wait times for seating, long wait times for food. This last time we were there, the orders came out cold, and wewere informed that my burger was given to the wrong person, so they needed to remake it. It was rushed and came out withunmelted cold cheese on it. The other orders at our table were missing this from their order or even what was supposed to be onthe order. I spoke with a manager to let them know how it has been the last few times, and he blamed it on kids going back toschool and having new cooks in the kitchen. If that is the case, then why did terrible burgers happen so often throughout thepast year. Even if you have new cooks, they need to be trained. Read more

I should have known after using the filthy bathroom before sitting down that I should have left. That should have been the first... picture I had taken. We were starving which is why we ended up staying even after noticing the dirty/greasy looking walls andthe dirty smeared window between booths. The southwest salad was actually pretty decent. I was with the family on a trip and we stopped here. We ordered food and it took a little longer than we wanted but that could... have been because we were really hungry. All of our food came out cold. We told one of the staff our fries were cold and theybrought us hot fries. I checked my burger and it didn't have the pickles I asked for. Then I tasted the burger and it was nothot either. I asked for the manager. The manager came over and said "how is everything going". He didn't introduce himself,didn't say he was a manager and didn't seem concerned or apologetic. I told him that the most disappointing thing about theexperience is that the restaurant is nearly empty. There is nobody here so I don't understand why my food came out cold. He saidthey only had one person cooking and he was helping out in the kitchen because things got backed up. There were literally lessthan 5 tables in the restaurant and everyone didn't order at the same time so that was probably the dumbest excuse/reason togive. We recently visited this Red Robin and had a good experience with both the service and food. We ordered the grilled chicken... sandwich and the bacon cheeseburger with bottomless fries. What makes the burger so good is the fresh burger buns with crispybacon and a very good patty. Adding the Red Robin special spice just tops this burger off to very very good. The fries areexcellent too especially with the spice. I like how our waitress did ask us if we wanted more fries to remind us of the freerefills. The strawberry lemonade is very good too. The burgers and sides were great... The beer was superb... But the service was what really shone. The attention and prompt... delivery was amazing. Absolutely loved it. The only thing that is disingenuous is the "monster" burger... It's tasty and all... But it's just a regular sized burger... Not much monstrous to it... Had a great time and a great meal. It was a little busy so we had to wait a bit on our refills for unlimited sides, but who can... complain about unlimited sides? Kids meals 5-7$ including a bottomless drink and a bottomless side kept everyone happy. So manygood burger choices. Thanks for having us. Read more
