One girl working who clearly has never been shown how to handle a large volume of people. Spent 20 mins ringing up customers... while no drinks were being made and all the customers are now going to wait another 20 mins while she plays catch up. I love this Starbucks. Everyone working there is very friendly even when clearly understaffed. They handle the line wonderfully....
