One girl working who clearly has never been shown how to handle a large volume of people. Spent 20 mins ringing up customers... while no drinks were being made and all the customers are now going to wait another 20 mins while she plays catch up. Poor service. Asked for a limonade without ice, for may child and they filled up the cup only half way. When asked why, they... told me this is the cuantity if no ice is required. Seriously?! That never happened at any other Starbuck place before. Read more
I love this Starbucks. Everyone working there is very friendly even when clearly understaffed. They handle the line wonderfully.... They also make the drinks better than any other Starbucks I?ve gone too. They even suggest substitutes for things they may nothave at the moment, which I always end up liking more than the original!
