Columbia coffee still empty. Regular coffee is almost like hot water. The worker stands and just looks and does nothing

Wawa is a staple of Pennsylvania so it breaks my heart to have to have to give one star the them. Please don't let one star... reflect my feelings of all the wawas; it's only representative of this specific one. For a long time (10+) years this was mywawa. My family, friends, and I regularly went to this one for drinks, snacks, and hoagies. However the lack of customer servicehas now become a deal breaker. In the last couple years, but especially this year, the staff do not seem to care aboutproviding quality service. Every time I come to this wawa and place an order the staff are unable to get it right. There arealways missing ingredients. Sometimes multiple. This is more understandable in big orders but less so when one or two items areare ordered. Thankfully there are plenty of wawas in the area and perhaps other, similar establishments to give my business to. Read more

Happy to say I'll be calling this MY WAWA when moving back to east coast USA in the fall! About 2 years ago I moved from Jersey... to Michigan. One of the things I miss most is Wawa. Being retired, I travel a lot so I've been back to the east coast many timesup and down from Florida to Maine and have always stopped at Wawa's when possible. Today's travel brought me in to one of, ifnot the cleanest and well stocked stores. The coffee person was especially friendly and HELPFUL. She greeted me as I poured mycoffee and when I asked where "brew at home" coffee is, she walked me to the isle it's located. KUDOS WAWA!!! We need more ofyou across the country. I stopped going to the one in bristol because even with just a few customers in the store the deli w.e you want to call it was... super slow even at 1 am ..... and now this location is turning super slow with alot of customers standing around but I didnotice if you use door dash your order gets done quicker maybe just do that instead to be safe Read more

I come to this Wawa every now and again and I never had any issues. Everyone is polite and I?m usually in and out quickly. But... the past few times I am in, the cashier Jean has been off, as in she isn?t pleasant. I?m not sure why considering she was alwayskind before, but it?s really off putting. These rude experiences always leave me feeling odd. Hope she gets better! Read more

This place is a hit and miss, it really depends on one person. I go to WAWA around 7-9 times a week and it is always the cream... smoothies I buy. This is the problem when you order on the APP, you just don't know who is working and it is sad that I have tofigure out when this one woman is not on to get something made right. I get on with all the other workers here but this onewoman is very stand offish and doesn't really seem like she wants to be there which in tern could be the reason why I alwayshave issues when she makes our drinks. Thing is, my wife always defends and says "she maybe just having a bad day" or "it couldbe the machines". I don't think so, I just think she doesn't do her job well. I used to buy the Dragon Fruit Refresher andagain, the times I had to ask her to please put the dragon fruit pieces in the drink and now with the "SPECIAL" Blackberrycobbler is my new addiction and the flavor with blackberry is minor and there is no caramel *as seen in photo*. Anyone elsethere I get it perfect, full flavor of blackberry and plenty of caramel drizzled down the inside of the cup with whipped creamon top. I just don't think she cares, if others can get it right..... However this WAWA is a clean and the other workers bothbehind the food/drink area and the service counter are nice. Read more

Wow customer service is on point. The line was almost out the door within 2 mins (due to it was 545pm) Craig not only moved the... line fast but did it with a smile !! He was nice to everyone and was running two registers! You are lucky to have an employeelike that ! Read more

Alyson was of great help, I wanted to order a regular Vanilla Milkshake, for some reason their tablets were not working so she... personally came over to help me with my order instead of me having to wait for them to figure out why the tablet would not allowmilkshake ordering!
