We ordered food that took 2 hrs to deliver. Tried to call back and couldn't get through to anyone to see where our food was.... After 8 tries, they said it would only be a couple minutes more which took 20. Very disappointed with the food. It tasted eitherovercooked or stale. I couldn't even eat the beef and broccoli and fried prawns, some of them tasted off. I'm a repeat customerbut after today will not be ordering from them again. I felt bad for the delivery guy who got my complaint in full. But the foodwas awful and so was the service. Read more
Horrible. Greasy. Fried shrimp like rubber bullets and so much batter. Chow mein so mushy. Disgusting. Chop suey pretty much... all onion and celery and some of it rotten. I like veggies with some crunch, but cooked would be nice. Big huge chunks ofbroccoli stems. First and last time ordering from here. I would never order from here again. I threw out most of the food. Acomplete waste of money. Wish I had taken pics of all of the food I threw away. The only edible thing was the almond chicken andit was super greasy. 100 bucks thrown in the garbage. Chop chop has new owners so the food was a bit different then a few months ago. It was still great. The delivery guy is really... nice. It took about 45min from the time I ordered to the time the food arrived at my house. Read more
Yikes. Worst of the worst... many items substituted and were just gross. Overcooked and discolored and oily... the waitress was... very sweet but my $50 bill turned out to be not wort it at all. Very very bad food :( Read more
Soooooo yummy. These guys have the best ginger beef i have ever tasted. Decent prices, full containers, great friendly people.
