Found missing food when we got home. Had to wait in parking lot for the order tjat took so long, our ice cream melted. Food was... cold, I called and got nothing but an argument finally agreed to replace missing food. But when I went next day they refused toreplace it. Will not be going back there customer service non existent. I hope they know there so many more choices for food outthere. Read more

Until I came to this location, I had no idea how good a burger from DQ could be. Other locations in the area need to learn from... this expertly managed and staffed branch. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Read more

Ice cream is the best...but getting the best will cost you $$$. Not Cheap...if you want cheap, go to MCD's. Cakes are... $35+ Establishment was clean, employees kind but need to smile more. Sundaes are very good (very sweet) starting at $7.20 each. Read more

Slowest DQ ive ever been to. They had 11+ kids working there, all on their phones standing around doing nothing with a Drive... Thru of over 10 cars. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and not moving we went into the store to order onecheeseburger. It took them 20 minutes after ordering to have the burger ready, and it would've been longer if I didn't flagsomeone over and tell them I'm still waiting. Poor customer service, and what a waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN AHURRY. Not even sure if there was a manager or supervisor on shift, but definitely a lot of kids on their phones chatting awaywhile people waited rather patiently. The store was a mess in the lobby, and the burger was dry and the buns werecrunchy. Horrible, literally do not go here please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I could've went to thegrocery store and bought the ingredients and cooked it myself at home faster than that. What a waste of time. Read more

My family and I visited this location during a road trip from California. We carefully observed the workers while they were... preparing different orders. I noticed that none of the workers wore gloves while handling my family's order, or any of the otherpatron's food. They also don't seem to wash their hands after touching equipment other workers have touched with their barehands. I also did not observe any workers washing hands before or after taking care of different orders, or handling the cashregister. This establishment does not seem to care much about hygiene or cross contamination, especially as we are coming out ofworld-wide pandemic. On the bright side, my Chocolate Blizzard came out good -_(?)_/- Read more

Nope, never again. $35odd for 4 large blizzards of different flavours. Ice cream was runny. Daughters is still in freezer it... was so runny. We were drinking them. They didn't clean the machine after each one was made, so each blizzard had candy andcookie mix from each others order. They weren't mixed long enough. Flavour was week until you got to the end where I found ahalf inch of dry coco powder (mine was suppose to be smarties) and husband had a quarter inch of green sweet syrup in the bottomof his, that was suppose to be mint chocolate chip. Mint syrup/mint chocolate chips? Finally the cups were weak, sweaty -more like a drink cup. No lids. We went through drive through. I do not recommend this Dairy Queen because poor of productquality. Came here on The Great Onion Ring Adventure with my bf. We travelled to 5 different fast food restaurants to compare the onion... rings and crown a champion. (Thanks to GMM and their onion ring comparison making us hungry) Dairy Queen came in 4th - crispyand hot rings, but 0 seasoning & hardly any onion flavour. Were similar to rings at a diner or ice rink or carnival. If I didn'tlook at what I was eating I wouldn't know it was onion rings by flavour alone. Read more
